My eyes squinted in the sun as I walked out.

"Ugh, it's too bright out here!" I muttered.

Then I walked over to the sword fighting arena, where two guys were sparring.

One of them was Percy, and the other one was a handsome guy with blond hair, glasses(AN SPOILERS!!! Jason gets glasses in BoO if your confused), and electric blue eyes.

They seemed really into it, and they looked evenly matched.

Percy slashed at the guys side, but he dodged it and went for Percy's front. Percy blocked it with his sword and then they were locked, trying to get past each other.

"Give it up already, Superman. We all know who's gonna win." Percy said cockily.

"Yeah, I know all right. Me." "Superman" said.

"Well, we'll see about that." Percy smirked then slashed at supermans feet, then switched to his neck.

Superman then had a sword to his throat.

"Give up yet, Jason?"

"Nope"

Jason then moved so fast he was a blur. He stepped back from Percy's sword, flew up,into the air, and had his sword around Percy's neck.

"Give up yet Percy?"

Percy looked surprised, then he kicked Jason in his legs and rolled away.

He landed a few paces away and wiped the sweat
from his forehead.

"Break?"

"Sure."

They both sat down and got a drink of water. Well, actually Percy poured his on his head, but didn't get wet. He just looked energized.

I walked up to them.
"Wow! You're both really good sword fighters."

"Thanks." Percy and Jason said at the same time. Then they glared at each other for a second, but broke out laughing.

I raised my eyebrows questioningly.

"So-sorry I- we're not laughing at you."

"Okaaay."

When they stopped laughing, the Jason guy turned to look at me "You're one of these Hunters that arrived this morning right?"

"Yeah."

"Do you know my sister, Thalia?"

I looked up at him, surprised.
"Are you Thalia's brother? I never knew that but yeah, I know her."

"Oh." he said "And yes, I'm Thalia's younger brother, Jason, even though we look the same age. She would've been in her twenties, I think but she got turned into a tree."

"Yeah, I keep hearing that Thalia was turned into a tree, but nobody's told me the story. Could you tell me?"

"Well, you see that pine tree in the distance," Percy pointed "with the Golden Fleece, and that dragon?"

"Wait, that's the real thing? I thought I was just a replica."

"Yeah that's another long story, but Thalia used to be that tree. There was a protector, and a group of demigods, including Thalia, trying to get to camp. They had a lot of monsters chasing after them because Thalia was a daughter of Zeus. The monsters were right on thier heels when they were about to get to camp. Thalia knew that not all of them would make it. So she stood on that hill and fought the monsters to buy her friends some time. As she was dying, Zeus took pity on her and turned her into a pine tree. That's why they call that hill Halfblood hill. And then, there was a quest to get the Golden Fleece because the borders were weakend. Some one poisoned Thalia's pine. We got the Fleece in time, but the magic worked really well and Thalia came back to life."

Wow. I was pretty sure my jaw dropped and my mouth was open.

"Wow. I had no idea. Halfbloods lives are really messy aren't they?"

"Yep they sure are." a new voice said.

I turned around to see two girls standing behind me.

One had stormy gray eyes and blonde curly hair. The other was brunette with tiny braids in her hair and kaleidoscope eyes.

"Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena." she held out her hand to shake.

So this was Percy Jackson's famous girlfriend? I had to admit, I was a little bit jealous. Then I pushed the feeling away. "No, Astria. Mom told you to never trust a man." I scolded myself.

I then shook her hand firmly while saying,"Astria Summers, Hunter of Artemis and I don't know who's yet daughter."

Then the brunette stepped forward and held out her hand. "I'm Piper McLean, daughter of Aphrodite."

I shook her hand also. Piper seemed familiar, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it.

"Wait! You're Tristan McLeans daughter aren't you? He's that famous actor."

"Yeah." Piper mumbled.

"She doesn't really like talking about her dad." Annabeth whispered.

Piper glared at Annabeth. "I have ears ya know! But yeah, I'm Tristan McLeans daughter."

"That's pretty cool." I told her.

"Actually a life of fame is something you do NOT want." she replied seriously. "Some mortals out there are even more crazy than monsters."

"Oh."

Percy jumped up suddenly. "Its almost dinner time! Let's go!"

Annabeth rolled her eyes. "That's about the only thing he actually is on time for."

"A mans gotta eat you know!" Percy glared at Annabeth.

She rolled her eyes and said "Whatever."

Then we walked off to dinner.

AN So I know there's not much action going on right now, but I promise, it'll get more interesting. And thanks to the people who have been reading this story! It makes me happy that you're reading it!
