Barney
Barney's brows furrow as he watches them, watches how Marshall's arm snakes around her waist, pulling her tight against him and he finds he's only a little jealous.
He knows where this is headed, has known for a while. He knows this is going to happen because if anyone was the least likely to join Marshall it would be Robin. The fact that she's standing there, beside him in this moment, means they are going through with this, taking the next step forward.
With Robin standing on the other roof, Barney has all the strength he needs to take this next step, to finally settle into something more committed, something real.
He's ready.

"Holy crap!" Ted shouts, drink in hand as they stumble away from the bar. "I can't believe we won!"
His words are slurred and his cheeks are flushed incredibly bright and Barney swallows thickly, watching as Ted leans against Marshall, pressing his entire weight against him.
"Quiet," Lily whispers, finger pressed to her lips as if his shout would stand out amongst the rest of the loudly shouting children, her cheeks flushed as well.
"What?" It's not like anyone will hear him. We're surrounded by children," Robin points out, a quiet chuckle passing her lips. She lifts her bottle to polish off the last of her beer.
Lily rolls her eyes, shoving Robin's shoulder lightly, giggling as it caused her to spill the remnants of her beer. "Hey!" she shouts, but it comes out more like a whine.
Barney feels the laughter bubbling in his chest as he watches his ridiculous group of friends. His heart swells with an insane amount of affection, of love, as he looks around at each of them, remembering how they met, remembering silly memories with each of them.
Ted wipes his hands on his suit- Ted was wearing a suit - with a small smile as he watched the two girls playfully arguing before he decided that it was time for the arcade.
"Come on. Let's go play some games!" he shouts.
Marshall laughs, the sound jovial and echoing throughout Barney's mind. He claps both him and Ted on the back, gripping their shoulders as he drags them towards the blinking lights, clinking coins and screaming children that was the arcade, a bag of tokens in hand.
"Let's win some tickets," Barney chuckles, spinning out of his friends' grasp. "I want a lightsaber." He rushes towards the Big Bass game, the one with the giant wheel. It's the game he has the best luck getting tickets at.
"Anything for you, birthday boy," Ted laughs, brushing his hands through his hair as he moves to the Deal or No Deal game next to him.
Marshall grins, dragging his hand across Barney's back as he dips to the right, headed to somewhere in the back of the arcade and Barney can't help the small smile, or the shivers, the act brings.
He really loves his friends.
Barney can faintly hear Lily and Robin bickering, like an old married couple, as they make their way towards an air hockey table.
It won't get them any tickets, but he knows they'll still have fun, both of them are so fiercely competitive. There's no way it wouldn't be an entertaining game, for them and those who are watching.
Secretly, he hopes that Lily wins.
His stomach fills with warmth again, a feeling he's become accustomed with in recent years, not too long after Robin had joined their group.
"Yes!" Ted shouts and Barney's head turns to him so fast, he gets a little light headed. The warm feeling spreads further and he finds himself flushing a little as the lights blink across Ted's face.
Barney's heart skips a beat, thundering loudly in his ears. Ted was stunning, grin wide and beautiful.
And he was in a suit.
A suit!
Barney shakes his head, chuckling to himself as a rather long stream of tickets comes pouring out of the machine and it's only then that he realized Ted won the jackpot.
"Holy shit! Congrats man," he shouts, watching as Ted dances a little in his excitement, glowing somehow even brighter.
"Yes!" Lily shouts as Robin pouts her way over to Barney, grumbling about how she should have won that round, how Lily had just gotten lucky.
Barney's glad Lily won.
A laugh bursts out of him when Marshall comes bounding down the aisles of the Arcade, a long string of tickets trailing behind him as he attempts to avoid stepping on them.
"Heeeeeey!" Marshall shouts, dragging him and Ted into a hug with the girls and Barney can't stop the smile spreading across his face.
These were his best friends in the world.
~~~
Barney smiles, remembering the night fondly as he watches the two of them cuddle together.
Seeing Robin take the leap gives him all the strength he needs to take this next step.
With a deep breath, he jumps across the rooftop, prepared to settle into something more committed, something real.
He laughs, heart swelling with love as he takes Robin's face into his hands, kissing her. His hand snakes it's way to Marshall's hip, squeezing it.
They are laughing, making the kiss a little awkward, tears in their eyes as they do.
This feels right to him.
He's prepared to spend the rest of his life with these people.
This feels right to him.
