Powers: He is a dragon so he can be in his massive silver dragon form or a human form. In his human form he can speak the dragon language and it allows him to create or control elements such as pure energy, electricity, fire, water, light and darkness.

Brief appearance: Tan skin black wavy hair, thick muscles, 6'5

Life outside of being a super: He has lived through human history but currently he owns a bar where any odd being in the universe comes to and this allows him to overhear information supers need.

Weaknesses: as a dragon Kharro becomes weak and fatigued if hes anywhere near obsidian.

Costume: hide pants with no shirt leaving his skin covered in scale like tattoos.
