The reason why she has bruises on her is because (spoiler alert) she and the other cures got injured while fighting despair. The bruises represents the injuries. And the reason why the background is dark green because when despair attacked them, she used vines. The background represents the vines. The music notes, it's because she's the ruler of music lol
