LESSON 2: LES PHRASES (sentences) 

This part will be separated into two parts for the basic sentence (phrase) which contains: subject+predicat(verb).

Like in English you can add more into a sentence than a subject and verb. Adjectif (adjective), déterminant (determinant), préposition (preposition), adverbe (adverb), conjonction (conjunction), interjection (interjection) and many more but with subject + verb you can go very far. Then everything will add up to form a complex sentence. 

But in the next two chapters I'll explain the subject and predicat (verb).

Here are some examples:

- Catherine (subject) mange une pomme (predicat)

- Il (subject) marche dehors (predicat)
