How was your day?

Mine was busy.

My friend Airy came over, so we got to spend time together. I'm really happy we did, because it'll be one of the few chances I have left to see her before May 30.

I thought it'd be my last chance...
...thankfully, I was wrong.

She'll be coming back to play again real soon.

I'm glad she's my friend.

When we first met, I didn't know if I'd like her, or vice versa, but now we're super close.

She also really likes my Aunt Becky and Uncle Doug.
Of course... ...who wouldn't?

I wish I could see her over the summer.

I'm kind of bored and lonely right now.

I like having people come over, and I like talking to friends, but...if it's someone in my class, or a complete stranger, I'm a little more uncomfortable.

Also, I'm looking forward to next time I see Airy because we have things planned.

I'm trying to improve my art skills.

Grandma says I'm doing well...but I'm not so sure.
She wants to teach me to be like her.

I'm nothing like her.

She can paint really well.
I can't.

She's organized and responsible.
I'm not.

She's better than me in almost every way.
There's no way I can be like her.

No matter how much she teaches me.

Unfortunately, I don't think we're going to Pennsylvania this year.

I'm both relieved and disappointed...

Relieved because Aunt Bonnie's WiFi is TERRIBLE.
Disappointed because I have close family there.

But meh...
