Here, we will list what positions are available in the Layrucia Community.

Chancellors - This position is full, but we are here for you! As rulers of the realm,we are dedicated to this community and strive to make it a fun and safe environment for all. We will be monitoring the entire community, making sure things are being run to the best of our ability. Feel free to contact a Chancellor at any time! [Currently Full]

Admins - Your job as an admin would be to make sure every department is doing their job. They are not to overlay the role of Managers, but they are to make sure the Managers are doing their jobs. In addition, if a manager has to step out/down from a project for a good reason, the admins are expected to fill in for that manager. Admins are also to do whatever task a Chancellor presents them with. [Currently Full]

Managers - As a Manager, you will be in charge of making sure that everything within your department is running the way it should, and making sure all of your team is doing the work they need to do. As a Manager, we give you the right to organize your team in the way you think would be the most productive. Keep in mind that you will have to answer to the Admins, and they will be keeping a close eye on everyone, especially the Managers! That being said, you will absolutely be allowed to work in the department you are in; we want everyone to enjoy their time here!

Writers - We need them! Writers will be required to do all the creative work in our community. This mostly consists of writing writers prompts monthly, and writing short stories to publish in a separate book (coming soon!) You as writers will essentially be creating a book of short stories and poems for our community, covering a wide range of genres! A sample of your writing will be required at your interview, and a full understanding of English is required. Work for you will be assigned either by your Manager or an Admin or Chancellor.

Editors: - Your job will be to edit all the writing activities done by the Layrucia Community on Wattpad, including but not limited to future community books and projects done by our Writers. Also, keep in mind we would like to open an Edit Shop in the near future. Our Editors will rule that roost and we will hire more Editors if needed!

Graphic Designers - These will be our artists! You will be in charge of designing community book covers, banners, aesthetics and just generally keeping our profile eye - catching! Also keep in mind we plan on opening a graphics shop in the near future! A sample of your work will be required at your interview. :)

Award Hosts - You will be incharge of helping with awards. When our community runs an awards, you must aid in setting up, judging (only if we're desperate for judges) and the making/distributing of prizes. You will also be in charge of  personally notifying a Chancellor of the winners' books to be placed on our "Award Winners!" reading list (to be created). In addition, if one of our affiliating communities need help with their awards, you will be expected to do so.

Permanent Judges - This is a must! When we conduct awards, you will be our go - to judges. You will be required to judge through the duration of the awards. Also, of one of our affiliating communities are in need of a judge, you will be expected to help.

Reviewers - The Layrucia Community will be taking read - requests from all WP users. When those come in, these lovely people will take charge! You will be required to read the work, tell the author what was great about their work and what could be improved. This department will receive a book dedicated to their work. In it, they will:

1) Receive requests from WP users, 

and

2) Write a short review on the book.

Interviewers - There are millions of stories on WP. But behind every story is a writer that has a story to tell! Our team of Interviewers will be the ones to help tell those stories. The team will get their own book and may interview staff members or WP users!

(Admins or Chancellors will make sure we have permission from the user before the interview is published.)

Advisors - We all need advice from time to time! These amazing people will advise staff members, our community, and any WP users (if requested.) Also, if a WP user needs help around WP or Discord, or knowing who to go to for what, they will be directed to you, so make sure you know your way around our community!

Promoters - Undiscovered gems are hidden in every corner of WP - it's up to our Promoters to find and expose them! Your job will be to call attention to stories on WP by:

1) Reading, voting, and commenting on the work.

2) Giving shout - outs on your message board (notify the Layrucia Community so we may promote too :)

3) Asking personal followers/ Layrucia Community staff/ community followers to read/vote/comment.

4) Notifying a Chancellor of the book so we may add it to our "Hidden Gems" reading list. (To be created).

Each promoter will have to at least promote 1 book each month. Your manager will monitor this.
