When I was little, about three years old, I always had a great time. My family loved me, I had so many friends, but...everything changed one day. I was playing with my friend Iris (If your name is Iris change Iris's name :P) outside in the nearby forest. Suddenly we smelt smoke coming from our village.

"Huh?" I said in shock. I looked to my friend Iris. She shrugged. We ran as fast as we could to our home village. When we got there we stopped and looked. The village was being attacked by a group of Shadow Knights. I watched as my village burned to a crisp. Iris's eyes filled with tears.

"Mommy! Daddy i'll save you!" She said between tears. She ran off into the village to find her family.

"Iris wait!" I said. I couldn't stop her. Tears streamed down my face as I saw my friend leave. I was too much of a coward to go and help. I didn't know anything about how to fight. Suddenly a peace of paper flew down from the sky. I jumped up and grabbed it. It was a photo of my family and I. I began to cry more. I fell to my knees. Suddenly, a Shadow Knight walked up to me with his eyes green. I looked up at him in fear.

"S-STAY AWAY!" I yelled between tears. Then the man got on his knees in front of me.

"Shh. You'll be fine if you leave now." Said the Shadow Knight. I looked up at him in shock. He reached out a flower to me. I took it out of his hands and clutched onto it tightly. I loved flowers.

"Y-You w-wont hurt me?" I asked with tears still streaming my face. He put a hand on my cheek.

"I'm not going to hurt you. Now go. Now." He said. He helped me up.

"Th-Thank you." I said quietly. I waved goodbye and ran away. I looked back at the Shadow Knight.

I never got his name. I thought. Then I ran away so I could be safe.

"(Y/N). (Y/N)?" Said A voice. I stopped daydreaming and looked up at Laurence.

"H-Huh? Oh. S-Sorry. I just had a flashback." I said.

"What was it about?" Asked Laurence.

"Hey um...Laurence?" I asked him.

"Yeah?" He said.

"Fifteen years ago, do you remember helping a little girl run away from her old village?" I said with shock. He hesitated and said:

"Y-Yes."
