Your POV
Mine and Laurence's wedding went pretty well! There was lots of delicious cake and deserts made by Kawaii~Chan. Laurence also ended up moving in with me. So I added a room for him. It was 9:00 at night. I went into my room and changed into my PJ's. I crawled into my bed and fell asleep. I was waken by a soft touch on my shoulder. I woke up and saw Laurence.
"Oh, hello Laurence. You did you wake me?" I asked.
"I was wondering if we could walk together in the forest. Kind of like what we use to do." He said.
"Oh! Sure we can! I love the forest! Especially when it's the morning." I said. He smiled and left my room so I could change cloths. I changed into a small dress and headed down stairs. Laurence had already left to wait for me. On the table there was breakfast for me. I ate it and went to my door to open it. I looked down at my doorstep and found a gift for me. It was long and wrapped in wrapping paper. It said from Laurence on it. I bent down to pick it up. I unwrapped at and gasped when I saw what it was. It was a sword holder (can't think of the name right now) with a sword in it. I pulled out the sword carefully. It was a long white sword with (F/C) designs. I examined it and slashed it around. I looked closely at the blade. I had never held a sword before. I only used my dagger for the longest time. I put it back in its holder and Carried it with me. I saw Laurence by the gates waiting for me. I gave him a hug.
"Thank you Laurence! I've always wanted a sword. This one is...perfect!" I said. He hugged back.
"Yeah, I new you would like it." He said. "Do you know how to use it correctly?"
"Uh...no I don't." I said.
"I'll teach you in the forest." He said. He walked deep into the forest. I had never been in this part before. Suddenly, I herd the screams and shouts of a girl near by. Laurence pulled me behind a tree. We looked around it to see what it was.
"W-What was that?" I asked.
"I'm not sure. We should probably check it out." He said. I nodded. We ran over to examine. We ran to where we herd the shouts. Suddenly we found it. It was a little girl about the age of five being held up by her arm from a guard. There were three other guards there too. They were teasing at the girl and threatening her. Laurence ran up to them I followed close by.
"Stop! T-That hurts!" Screamed the girl. My eyes turned red. I was worried for the girl and mad at the same time.
"Stop! What are you doing to her?!" Asked Laurence.
"This girl is a killer! She's not what she seems! We need to kill her!" Said a guard. Laurence held his sword out.
"I will not let you harm this girl!" Said Laurence. The guard held her higher.
"Ow! P-Please stop! It's not my fault I swear!" The girl said. Laurence held his sword close to the guard holding the girl. He dropped the girl fast and she squeeled in pain.
"Leave now!" Said Laurence. The guards ran away fast. I watched them run. I got down my the girl and lied her head in my lap. She looked up at me with sad eyes. My eyes turned a dark blue color. I hated to see this girl suffer.
"What happened?" Was all I could ask. Laurence sat next to me.
"I-I was just...Its a long story." She said.
"Tell us! I know you're small but we can help you." I said softly. The girl sat up. She sighed.
"It all happened this week. I lived in a small village with my family. One day, I walked into my mommy and daddy's room. They were fighting. They were screaming and shouting about things I couldn't understand. I started to cry and ran out of the room. Then, my older sister came running into my parent's room saying that the village was being attacked! We ran out of the house and looked at out village. It was being burnt to a crisp. My sister ran into the village to find the monster who was attacking our village. She came across a guard with glowing red eyes. The guard got his sword and stabbed her. It was horrible to watch. My mom ran over to try to avenge my sister but she ended up getting killed as well. My dad got is sword out and attacked that guard. He managed to scratch him gladly but he got himself killed too. I started to cry and ran out of the village as fast as I could! I didn't know how to survive or what to do." Said the girl.
"I-I'm so sorry to hear that. Something similar happened to me long ago. But, one of those guards said that you were a killer. What did he mean by that exactly?" I asked the girl.
"W-Well, I came across a satchel and found some supplies. It had water and food. It also had a small sword in it. I took all those things and put then in my backpack. I just held onto the sword and examined it, it was a perfect size for me. Suddenly, those guards came and thought I was a stealer! I said I was just a lost little girl who lost her village but they still got mad. One walked over to me. I got scared so I started to swing the sword around. It ended up hitting the guy in his chest, killing him and then those guards started to pick on me and...and..." She started to cry. I stroked her hair. "Mommy, daddy I'll miss you!"
"Hey, um...what's your name?" I asked her.
"M-My name? Oh um...my name is Ushi." She said. (Based off of Ushio from Clannad)
"That's a nice name! My name is (Y/N). And this is Laurence." I introduced her. She looked up at us and smiled. She said strange words I did not expect.
"Mammy? Daddy?"
