You run out the portal with shadow souls on following you. You've been running for a while now so you're a good distance away from the portal. You look behind you to see them right behind you almost grabbing you. Still looking back you accidentally run into a tree. You scramble around to see a brown hair guard fighting the shadow souls. "Go!" he says. I stand up and run I climb into a tree where I still can see him a little.

???'s POV (Yes it's Laurence. You don't know his name yet)

I see a girl running with shadow souls following her. She accidentally runs into a tree and I step in front of her to protect her. "Go!" I say strictly.  I look at her and she runs away. "She's an angel." I think while fighting these dang shadow souls.

I finally killed the last one of those demons and see her climb down from a tree. "Thanks."

" U-uh. No problem. Umm What's your name? Mine is Laurence"
