Hey Diary, this week I just joined this really cool group of kids, they call themselves the Shadow Knights. They usually hang out in the park, where I got into the group. Wow! They seem really cool and confident. The leader of the group is Gene and he really seems to like me and think that I can fit in. There's also Zennix and Sasha. Today at night where gonna go out and have some fun in downtown. Gene never fully described what we were going to do but I'm pretty sure it's going to be AWESOME!

(Night)

Ok Dairy I'm all set with my Shadow Knight jacket. Hey mom? I ask can I go out and hang out with my friends. Laurence's mom- ok........but don't stay out to late. Yay thx mom. (In an ally) Hey! I'm here! I say. Shhhh Rule #1. Gene says. Shadow Knights don't yell at the top of there lungs happily! Oh sorry. I say  leaning against a wall coolly. Sup. Heh that's more like it. Gene says. Now here take this, I wanna see what you can do. Gene says handing me a spray paint can. Oh ok. I  say warily. Wait.....isn't this illegal? No this alley is abandoned, besides if the cops start showing up we can always put up a fight. Now paint! Gene says. The other members gather around. I look  at the blank brick wall in front of him, then at my  Shadow Knight jacket. Then I began to paint.

Gene and Sasha and even Zennix all looked stunned. I had painted the shadow knight logo on the brick wall. Wow...Gene said Thats pretty good. Pfft so what he's a good artist! Zennix said grouchily. What we need is a real fighter! Hmmmm your right Zennix. Sasha agreed. Should we show him how it's done? No. Gene said. We need him to prove himself as a true shadow knight. Zennix, sense you seemed so eager to fight, you get first shot. W-wait what?! I have to fight him?!  I didn't even get to finish talking beacause Zennix threw a punch at my face. A combination of fear and instinct made me duck just in time and throw a punch right back at his face.
