Can I just say, the diaries episode from a couple days ago was emotional and intense and ahhhhhhhh
Y/n POV
   I felt and evil presence envelope me. It wasn't from Zane or Laurance. It was from me. I charged towards Zane and aimed at his legs. I knocked him over. I pounced on him, not wanting him to get away. I pressed my sword to his neck.
"You better tell me some damn good reasons as of to why I shouldn't kill you right now." I said without emotion. He smirked.
"If I die, the O'khasis guards will look for whoever killed me. And they won't stop until they find them." He let out a chuckle.
"Laurance. Go get Aph and Katelyn. And run." I told him sternly. He ran off to get the others. "I don't mind being hunted. If I can take down you, I think I can take down your sad little guards." I said to Zane.
"The Jury of Nine will also look for you." He said, trying to intimidate me. I laughed at this.
"You think I'm scared of them? We have Katelyn, Dante, Laurance, AND Garroth. Also myself. We were all on the Jury of Nine waiting list. We also have Aaron and Aphmau, both having experience with being a Lord. Not to mention Lucinda and Kawaii~Chan, magicks users. Really, it should be the Jury of Nine that is scared." I told him. He grumbled something that I couldn't hear.
"I could come back as a Shadow Knight."
"You underestimate me. I could take down 20 Shadow Knights!" I laughed again. "I killed the Demon Warlock! You think I'm scared of one Shadow Knight?!" The thoughts of a Shadow Knight began to cloud my mind. No. I have to stay focused. I pushed those thoughts aside. Zane scowled at me. There was nothing he could say to stop me. No one could stop me.
"Y/n!" I heard someone yell off in the distance. I ignored them. I couldn't let Zane get away. "Y/n!" The voice was getting closer. I was pretty sure it was Laurance. I heard someone walk behind me. Laurance came around and took Zane out from my blade.
   "LAURANCE?! What are you doing?! I had him right where I wanted him." I grumbled.
   "I told Aph and she said don't kill him. He could be useful." Laurance told me. I glared at him but didn't say anything else. Zane was the reason my 'dad' was dead. My life would have been fine if it weren't for that rotten thing. How could they just take him away? Sure they need information but they don't get it. They would have to bargain with him for the details they need. Bargaining with Zane is a terrible idea.
We walked to the guard tower to put Zane in jail. We walked in silence for the most part. Laurance said he would take care of Zane so I went and got Zoey to put a barrier magicks spell so Zane couldn't get out. When I got to Aphmau's house I knocked on the door.
"Coming!" I heard a shout from somewhere in the house, not sure where from though. Aphmau soon emerged from the basement. She opened the door and gave me a bright smile.
"Hey, Y/n! Is this about Zane?" She asked, her smile fading.
"Kind of. I just need Zoey to put a spell on the jail so he can't get out." I told her. She nodded and led me downstairs. Se brought me to a room with green trim outside the door. She knocked on the door and waited for a reply. Zoey soon came out with a potion in her hand. It looked like a potion of fire resistance, but I wasn't too sure.
   "Oh, hello, Y/n. Can I help you with something?" She asked sweetly.
   "Oh um yeah. Can you put a barrier magick spell to make sure Zane can't leave the jail?" I asked her.
   "Of course. I will get to work on it right away." She smiled and walked back into her room. Well great. Now I have nothing to do. Maybe I could go talk to Laurance. He was probably in the guard tower, watching over Zane so I went there.
Time skip to when you get there
   "Hey." I heard Laurance say as soon as I walked into the jail. I gave him a fake smile. I felt bad for yelling at him back there. Something came over me. Like I wanted to kill Zane. Almost as if I needed it. "Something on your mind?" He asked me.
   "Yeah, actually. I'm sorry for yelling at you back there. It was uncalled for." I told him.
   "It's okay." He replied.
   "No it's not. The only reason why I yelled at you was because something was controlling me. That wasn't me back there. It was someone who really wanted Zane dead." I told him. He nodded as if he knew the feeling. Oh yeah. He does, being a Shadow Knight and all.
   "I get it. But what I don't get is why you wanted him dead. Did he do anything to you when you were younger?" He asked me. I wanted to tell him but at the same time I didn't and I don't know why. I sighed.
   "My 'father'. He died in a battle with O'khasis. All because of Zane. My life was terrible, all because of Zane. I was locked in a castle, all because of Zane. I endured my mother's punishments for years and years. All because of Zane." I could've went on and on.
"I'm sorry." He told me. I could tell he didn't know what to say.
"What are we going to do with Zane then?" I asked him, trying to change the subject.
"Aph said we should question him and stuff. Katelyn said we should just kill him." He told me. I laughed a little at this. Of course Katelyn would want to kill him. Why don't we just kill him? The mission in the first place was to kill him so why are we keeping him alive? What kind of questions do we need answered? I gave him a peck on the cheek and went back to my house. I might try to talk to Zane tomorrow.

Okay I finished chapter 21! Sorry is late but I mean I sometimes have a life and all. Only sometimes.
