Y/n POV
Yessss~ Laurance is going to move in with me! I wasn't paying attention, but Laurance walked up to me with his stuff.
"Y/n? Are we gonna go or are you just gonna sit here and daydream?" He said laughing. I snapped out of my thoughts and smiled at him.
"Oh uh sorry. Anyways let's go." We left the guard tower and made it to my house.
"So you know this floor because you have been up here and all, but your room is in the basement with mine," we went down to the basement. I had made a room for me down there and a guest room that is now Laurance's. "This is your room!" I cheered. We set up his things around his room. After we were done, I plopped face first onto his bed. He sat down next to me. He giggled and I could tell he was staring at me. I lift my face from the pillow to see him looking into my eyes. I sat up and tackled him.
   "What was that for?" He asked, looking up at me.
   "Meh. I don't know. Just kind of felt like it." I shrugged. He rolled his eyes and pulled me in for a kiss. I kissed him back. We basically made out on his bed for a while. We stopped for a while and I looked at the time. 12:03 am.
"Maybe we should sleep..." I said getting up to go to my room. I was dragged back into bed.
"You're staying here. For safety." He said smirking. I rolled my eyes.
"Fine but let me get my pajamas." I said. He let go of me and I went into my room and got changed. I walked back to Laurance's room and opened the door, only to see him shirtless.
"Oh. Umm sorry." My eyes darted directly to the floor.
"It's fine. Just like seeing me in swim trunks. He actually remembered me saying that. Wow. I laughed a little and looked back up. This time he had a shirt on. I went over to the bed and lied down. Laurance joined me and wrapped his arms around my waist. I felt so protected. Like I could stay there forever. I soon dozed off.
Laurance's POV
Y/n fell asleep almost immediately after she lied down. I was going to drift into sleep but I heard a noise upstairs. I slowly got out of bed, not wanting to wake Y/n. I grabbed my sword and went upstairs. I saw the door was open so I shut it. I turned on the light to see a puppy cowering in the corner. I locked the door and windows incase it was a trap. I set my sword down and walked over to the puppy. It was a girl Jack Russel Terrier. She had a mostly white body except for one brown spot and her head was mostly brown. I slowly approached her, holding out my hand for her to smell. She reluctantly smelt my hand. Her tail started to wag. I smiled and picked her up. She didn't have a collar on. I made a quick dog bed and set her down in it. I didn't know if Y/n had anything that would work as dog food, so I went through her cupboards. I found some cooked steak so I gave it to her. She happily ate it. After she ate I brought her and her bed downstairs into my room. I set her down and got back into bed. I started to think of dog names. Maggie really stuck in my head. (If you don't like it then go ahead and change it!)
Time skip and Y/n POV
   I wake up and feel something on my chest. I open my eyes to see an adorable puppy! Wait. How did an adorable puppy get in here? Laurance wasn't in bed so I figured he was upstairs or something.
   "Laurance!!!" I called. After a couple of minutes Laurance walks into the room. "Why is there a puppy sitting on me?"
   "Oh yeah. Last night after you fell asleep I found out this little girl somehow got in the house. I fed her and stuff and thought we could keep her." He explained
   "That would be wonderful! What do you want to name her?" I asked him with excitement.
   "I was thinking Maggie." He told me.
   "I love it!" I exclaimed. Maggie stood up and walked up to my face, licking it. I giggled and kissed her on the head. I picked her up and set her down on the bed. I got up and kissed Laurance on the cheek and went to my room. I've always wanted a puppy! And now I have the cutest one ever! I got dressed in a normal outfit. And went upstairs. Laurance was making bacon and Maggie was wandering around the living room. I heard a knock on the door so I went and answered it. It was Vylad.
   "Hello, Vylad." I said.
   "Good morning. I'm new in the village so I though I would go around and introduce myself. I think you two are the last people." He said.
   "Oh. Well I'm Y/n and that is Laurance." I said pointing to Laurance. Laurance looked up from the eggs and bacon and waved at Vylad.
   "Garroth has told me many stories of Laurance, heh." Vylad said.
   "Oh yeah? Like what?" I asked curiously.
   "Like once Laurance-"
   "I think it's best we don't say what stupid things I have done." Laurance cut Vylad off.
   "Tell me later, okay?" I whispered.
   "Definitely." Vylad replied.
   "Anyways, why don't you come in and eat breakfast with us? Laurance is a really good cook." I told Vylad. Vylad came inside and we started talking about random things, laughing at the occasional joke.
