Jill's pov:
I wake up with a cramp in my stomach: the Halloween show is today. Even though I did other shows before, the thought of me standing alone on stage, with everybody looking at me makes me feel a bit strange. At least we haven't got the rehearsals today. I grab a sack full of decorations and I head out the door. We need to decorate the whole theatre and it'll be fun, but hard.
The theatre is huge and the decoration team is small. I decided to walk to school because I'm in large hasten. I hum a song to myself, just to feel less lonely. The time where I found the loneliness a good thing is gone. "Time is dead and gone" is one of my favorite quotes. I arrive at school and I reach immediately reach the team in the hall. I only find there was Jack, Jennifer, and another student named Aelisa. We need to wait for two more boys, Luke and Emil. I salute Jack with a wave of my hand and I approach him. We begin to talk about some random things when the two missing boys. We get out the decorations and we happily begin to decorate this enormous building.

Decorating or the presence of my love, or both relax me a bit. I slowly begin to forget I must exhibit this evening. I chat with everyone and most of them are surprised because I always stay alone in silence. Today I'm happy. I see the world coloured and not black and white like I always do. The only thing that worries me is the situation with Jack: I haven't clear the situation. I know he loves me and he knows I love him, and now? I guess I'll have to wait.

Suddenly we finish the decorations and there's still a lot of empty spaces. I offer to go and get some coloured paper so that we could make other ones. In the corridor I meet Amanda and she begins shouting at me:

"It's all your fault! If you didn't exist I would still be Jack's girlfriend!" She attempts to physically hurt me, but I expected her to move, but I run back to the theatre, carrying the material and escaping from Amanda. I think that girl is insane. She must have mental issues or something like that. I rush inside the theatre and I close the door behind me.

"What happened?" Aelisa asked me.

"Amanda was chasing me and she wanted to hurt me. She retains me responsible for the failure of her relationship with Jack." Eight pairs of eyes turn to Jack, who simply respond: "I left her because she was getting annoying."

"I know." Jennifer comment.

"She bullied me for a year only because I got a better mark than her on music" Aelisa added.

"I remember that." I answer. We sit on the floor and begin to make new decorations until Mrs. Ragieson comes in shouting: "Okay, decorative team! Good job! Now go home and rest before the show especially you, Jack. We need a fit host tonight! Remember, the show begins at 19:30pm! See you this evening!"

"Come on Jill, let's go home" Jack says to me.

"Okay." We head out of the building and we go to the bus stop because I don't want to walk. We hop on the bus and we sit at the back of the bus. My mind is completely turned out and I can't think about anything. The vision begins to get blurry and I fell asleep on the bus.
