Im sitting on the floor in my room doing some stretches just as Peter Parkers comes and knocks on my door. 

"Um, Ms. Y/n? Mr. Stark wants to see you like now he said to meet him in the lab" He says through the door in a nervous voice. 

"Okay thank you, Peter," I exclaim before opening my door with my Telekinesis. My door opens and I find Peter with his hands in his pockets and a nervous look on his face. "Peter you know you don't need to call me Ms? Im only a few years older than you," I say, making him give an awkward smile.

"Your room looks cool!" He says trying to hide the fact he's being sarcastic. My room is still plain and boring. I put up a few pictures of me and my friends on the corkboard that was already in the room when I got there but it doesn't help.

"You don't need to lie, Peter, I know it looks bad" I exclaim. We both laugh and he reminds me again that I must meet Tony in the lab. We head our separate ways and I start to head upstairs.

I like Peter. He reminds me of my brother.

I approach the huge glass doors and I see Tony inside with Steve and Wanda. 

"Um, you needed to see me, Tony?" I saw as I walk in slowly

"Yes! Considering that you're going to be here for a while we need to get you a suit so you're going to help us" He says bluntly as he pulls out blueprints and design sheets as Wanda and Steve watch over his shoulder. 

"Wait I thought this was only temporary," I say more confused than ever. I mean don't get me wrong these people are nice and they seem cool but I don't want to be an Avenger I just want to get back to shield.

"Oh yeah about that Nick Fury has assigned you here as a part of our team until further notice and since you have some cool ability's I thought you could be an asset to the team so you're an Avenger now.

Sure I'm a little pissed off and sure I feel really upset but I just take a few deep breaths and return to the conversation.

"Okay, that sounds...fun" I hesitate "No offense but since this is just about a suit why are they here," I say pointing to Wanda and Steve

"Oh well since Wanda has similar powers I thought she would put in some advice, and well Steve just wants to be here" Tony sighs.

We talk for a while about my suit and we took some measurements but Tony had a business meeting so we all parted ways. I head up to the common room hoping to see some familiar faces. when I get up there I find Sam sitting on his phone.

"Hi, Sam," I say as I sit next to him. We talked a lot last night and he seems like a cool guy. he's also fairly new so I feel as though I could connect with him.

"Hey there you, how are you adjusting so far," he asks as he sets his phone down.

"I think I'm adjusting fine it's just all moving so fast," I say with a sigh.

He knows how I feel and we talk about what it was like for him when we joined the team. We got off topic a little bit talking about other random things but then his watch starts to beep.

He looks down and sighs "Gotta go Y/n Falcon duties call, I'll see you later." he exclaims as he rushes out of the room.

I frown a little and get up from my chair and I start pacing back and forth. Most people pace because they are stressed or mad but not me. I pace when I'm bored or sad or sometimes even happy. Fury thought I was crazy when I did it he was convinced I was out of my mind and when I was little my brother would tease me about it but I didn't let it bother me. But right now I was pacing because I'm bored. This place doesn't feel like my home and it's definitely not somewhere I can be comfortable. I decide to walk back to my room but on the way I see the door that leads to the roofand it catches my attention. I want to open it. I want to escape to the roof like I used to when I was little. But I know I shouldn't, it's not my place, but something is telling me I shouldn't care and I should just go up for a peak. I creak open the rusty door to find an even more rusty ladder that leads up to a hatch. I start to change my mind and I go to shut the door but I hear voices coming down the hall. I panic. I don't want to get in trouble so I shut the door behind me. I'm squished between the ladder and the door. Im there for what felt like a few minutes but really it was only 30 seconds. I turn my head up to the hatch and maybe the quick decision to go up. I climb the rusty ladder up to the top and I open the latch. The bright sun hits my face and almost blinds me, but then I hear a voice.

"Nice to have some company" I hear Natasha say.

"Oh, I'm sorry I didn't realize anyone would be up here!" I exclaim in embarrassment 

She lends me a hand to help me out of the hatch but I hesitate. I don't want to intrude

"Don't worry I don't bite." She says offering her hand again, so I take it. 

"Do you hang out up here a lot?" I ask as I look around at all the stuff she has set up. There are lights and cushions to sit on. I think it's cute.

"Yeah its kind of like an escape place, no one else know about it. So now you know my little secret." she says as she looks me directly in the eyes. Make me feel weird, but in a good way.

"Well don't worry we'll keep this our little secret" I say with a smile

"Your welcome up here anytime just don't tell anyone else about it"

That makes me happy.
