"Hey Sis," Maris said sitting down

"Hi Seniors," The girl who was Tina said

"Hi girls," Janet said while Lami and Amarachi smiled at her

"Hey Maris, hey Tina," I said

"Maris!, Nice name" Lami complimented,

"Thanks, Senior-"

"I'm Lami"

"Amarachi"

"Janet"

"Yeah, I know you, the programmed head girl," Maris said referring to Janet

"Maris, this doesn't look like an emergency"

"And this doesn't look like your class", she replied

"What do you want"

"Well, I came to know how my big sis is doing, you know you're my responsibility"

"I see you've made friends already, that's settled... Did anybody bully you??" Maris asked with a serious expression

"I think your sister has an enemy" Lami replied her laughing

"Really, that was fast"

"Maris, if you know you love yourself as much as you love me, leave this place before I open my eyes," I said shutting my eyes

"Bye Seniors," Maris said rushing out

"Wow, I love your sister," Amarachi said,

"Who are those" I pointed to a group of girls- 3 girls, who were cat walking like they own the school. They look pretty tho

"Vanessa, the school's modern idiot and her Minions 'Kachi and Precious," Amarachi said

"Modern idiot??!" I laughed "You just made that up right?"

"No, she's right" Janet replied

"Okay, maybe not the school's Modern idiot but Ss3 Modern idiot," Lami said,

"Why does she have such a title to her?, she's pretty," I said giggling

"Well no doubt, she's pretty, she's a fashion killer but she's an idiot, a modern one for that matter" Amarachi replied

" But She's the school's Queen Bee right?" I asked

"Yes, I mean so she claims," Janet said with an eye roll

"You guys are really blind... No offence to your Queen Bee tho, she's cute and I'm guessing she's rude and arrogant" I said,

"None is taken and you are right," Lami said,

"Shhh, she's coming here" Amarachi hushed,

"Hi guys," Vanessa a.k.a Queen Bee said

Who's she forming a fake accent for?

"Hi ladies " I replied

Using my correct British accent

"And you must be the new girl everybody has been talking about," Vanessa said looking at me,

"Wow, I never knew I was so popular"

"Look, I don't care... I'm here to warn you about two things; Stay away from Jayden, He's mine and mine alone. Secondly, stay in your lane, if I see you close to him you'll face the wrath" Vanessa warned

Hope she's not mad

I laughed, "Are you threatening me?"

"No, I'm telling you what happens when you get close," Vanessa said and walked out,

"She's really a modern idiot," I said facepalming myself,

"We told you, that was an advert to welcome you, you haven't seen anything yet," Amarachi said,

"Does she do this to every new female student?",

"Well, the report has shown that she does it. So sad" Janet replied

"Really sad"

Jayden's POV

Cleaning my shirt and looking at my reflection in front of me... Is that girl crazy??!, how can she think of spilling her drink on me? She looks new though, oh the new student. She better not be in my class.

Walking out of the school lavatory after doing what I'll call "justice" to my stained shirt which is now a slightly stained shirt, I think I made it a little worse.

I met with my friends "Jimmy", "Craig", and my twin "Jason",

Together we rule the school, Scratch that.

"Dude you look worse," Craig said laughing

"You suck at cleaning stains" Jason added

"I know I know," I said

"Can I say something?" Jimmy asked he has one particular kind of expression that shows he is about to drop something funny and painful,

"No no, not a word from you," I said

"I'm hungry," Jason said with a yawn

"Guess what!!"

"What," Craig and I asked with curiosity and an interested Jason,

"It's Lunch!!!"

"Jimmy you're not serious," Jason said with seriousness

"Sense, is very vital and you don't have it" Craig added

"Well he's right guys, It's Lunch! so let's go grab our lunch" I said fist-bumping Jimmy

We got to the cafeteria and made our way to the line, and we got our Lunch...
Then something happened, I mistakenly bumped into the girl from the cafeteria earlier and I spilt my milkshake on her, maybe intentionally, but she doesn't have to know that
... If looks could kill- well you all know the next part, I'll be dead.

"I saw what you did there," Jimmy told me,

"And what did you see "

"Well, you intentionally poured your milkshake on her" Craig added,

Jason wasn't even paying attention, maybe he was but he was eating as if his life depended on it,

"Maybe," I said

"Jason, don't you have anything to say?"

We all stared at him, expecting him to say something... And he said something but not what we expected him to,

"Vanessa, your 'till I die is walking up to the new girl's table," Jason said,

We turned to look

"Who can guess what she's about to tell her" he continued

"Stay away from Jayden he's mine and mine alone," Jimmy said in a girl's voice,

Jason and Craig burst into laughter...

I regret the day I met Vanessa, ever since then she's doing this to every new female student. And it's so annoying, Jimmy and Craig can't stand her and they don't hesitate to show it, they never take it easy on me whenever she does it.

"But just imagine that she was your future wife too be" Jimmy voiced out

"God forbid," Jason said laughing

"Trust me, man, I'll be honoured to be among the event planners," Jimmy said

"I just want to be served as a guest, with plenty of food" Craig added,

"And I'll be so disappointed to see you guys at the wedding," I said

"But Vanessa is a good person, I'm sure she'll cultivate more good qualities by the time she's older," Craig said

"Common shut up," Jason told him

"Says the person that can't stand her," I said

"Cultivate ni, Cultivator ko" Jimmy added

"Don't bite me, I was just saying "

"Stop saying, and shut that trap you call a 'mouth' ".

I just hope this year goes peacefully and smoothly... Can that be possible??
