Channelle's POV

"Maris!!"

"What!" She came in immediately, I stared at her, she was looking beautiful in her wine gown.

We graduating students were to wear a wine dinner dress, while the others were to wear a wine gown.

"What!" She snapped at me, I raised my hand to hit her but she pulled back quickly

"Help me Zip up" I turned my back to her, she wasn't doing it slowly she was doing it fast," Don't spoil it oh!" I warned.

"All done," She said, I turned to her smiling.

"How do I look?"

She smirked and made her way to the door "like a bag of chips" and then she left in a swift.

I sighed "that went well" I grabbed my clutch and made my way downstairs where my parents, Uncle and probably that rat were waiting for me.

My parents smiled at me lovingly, while my Uncle smiled widely and Maris scoffed.

"She's not getting married!"

~ I thought she missed me~ I put my hands on my chest dramatically

"Stop staring at her like that, she's graduating she'll still be around the house" She huffed

"Oooh Someone's missing me already " I grinned

"I didn't say that" she rolled her eyes "can we go? We need to catch a criminal remember?"

"You look beautiful dear"

"Thanks, Mom" I hugged her.

"You look-" He couldn't hold it, he started crying.

"I get it Dad" I hugged him

I moved to my Uncle "oh thank God you have more years before we give you out"

I chuckled hugging him while he kissed my head.

I stared at Maris, waiting for her to give a compliment, she sighed "You look beautifully-"

I smiled widely, "-ugly" I hugged her nonetheless and she hugged me back, tightly.

"Let's go arrest some criminals," Mom said after clicking some pictures. She left the house first. We followed suit.

I was nervous in the car, Maris noticed this and she held my knee which was bouncing.

"Don't be nervous. The only person that deserves to be nervous is those criminals because they know you're probably alive and maybe because they don't know what's hitting them next. So my dearest Sister, do you mind not bouncing your leg, you're distracting me.

I smiled, hugging her tightly. She struggled to let go, "If anybody sees us now, they'll think we're selling you to one rich man for marriage. Your hugs are choking but they are the best"

I attempt to hug her again but she hugged Uncle quickly.

*School- Graduation Party*
Jayden's POV

Everywhere was looking beautiful, the event planners really did a good job. The party was looking so lively and beautiful, that it wasn't bad for the last party at the school.

"Wow, this is the best party so far to shut down the school with" Jason smiled, like he read my mind. Twin telepathy I guess or it's just so obvious to us since we know it's shutting down.

"Wow you're looking handsomely beautiful" he complimented, smiling cheekily

"Dude, we left the house together" I chuckled

He grinned "You know, I've forgiven you and I'm sure Tina has also forgiven you too"

I hugged him tightly "Thank you" I whispered

"Heyy! You guys doing a family hug without me!" Tina shrieked

"Come over here" I pulled her into the hug.

"I forgive you Jayden," She said

"Thank you" I smiled

"You guys are traitors!"Jimmy gasped

"And you look good!!"

"Thanks, girl! You know we doing it for the ladies"

"That shouldn't be coming from a future reverend father," Craig said

"You look handsome Craig"

"Thanks, Tina"

"Whatever." Jimmy waves his hand over

"Where are the rest?"Jason asks looking around and he sighted them "Damn! These girls are beautiful"

Jimmy looked in his direction and smacked him on the head "Keep your eyes off them and find our friends"

Jason stutters "Bu-but those are our friends na" He rubbed his head

"There's a clear difference dimwit" Jimmy explained, "Those ladies smiling over there are angels while our friends, our own friends are the complete opposite, they are the devils. In fact, they share the same cup with the devil"

Tina nudged him "How would you say something like that"

"That's the truth. You're also a devil but that's a topic for another day"

"Shush, be quiet. They are coming here"

They smiled warmly at us "Good day, ladies. I'm Jimmy" He extended his hand for a handshake

"Gezz drop it dude, "Amarachi said, hugging me

Lami grabbed his hands before it dropped, "I'm Lami"

"Wow, you share the same name with our friend"

Lami rolls her eyes "Because I'm your friend, idiot"

"Ouch, it hurts that you can't even recognize us" Janet put her hand to her chest feigning a pain

"But our friends are devil's and you guys look like angels" Jimmy argued, I sighed. Amarachi sighed before answering him.

"Reverend father, you know the Bible also agrees that sometimes the Devil appears like an angel. So what's the fuss?" She hugged Tina "you look beautiful"

"You guys look so beautiful that Jimmy couldn't even recognize you guys" Tina giggled

"Don't mind him"

"Is Elle here already?" I asked

"Yeah, she's outside"

Our eyes roamed around, the girls complemented on the party decorations and our eyes landed on our traitor, I can't wait to see their reaction when the special forces arrives.

We decided to think past them, because this was our last party!! But we still had our eyes on them so none of them leaves.

Vanessa POV.

The party decorations were muah, I mean they really put Alot of effort in doing this, our senior's party last year wasn't like this. I looked around and my eyes landed on Jayden and his crew, they looked beautiful and handsome.

"I'm probably sure, they are just smiling to cover their pain. Maris isn't even here sef" Precious said

"I feel so bad for Maris, loosing her sister" Kachi said.

The mood was getting sour "Guys guys, I know it's hard but let's not think about it. This is our last party in this school, let's enjoy it abeg" I begged.

"I have a question though" Precious said

"What?"

"Do any of you, have a hand in Channelle's disappearance?"

I gasped before I could even answer her, Kachi beat me to it,

"Are you crazy?! How could you think of something like that. You and everyone knows that stuffs like this happen here" Kachi thundered

"Exactly," I supported her, for some reasons my palm became sweaty, I looked at Kachi and saw that she was uneasy.

"Well, I know oh, but the way you guys were hungering to get rid of her, is something that I wouldn't forget. I hope you guys have your hands clean sha because her parents are not going to let the sleeping dog lie. If they ever bring the police for questioning, your names would be the first thing coming out from my mouth" with that she walked out on us.

~Jesus which kind of heartless friend we get~

~our hands were clean but not our eyes, we know who did this~ I looked at Kachi, we shared a look, she was about to say something but the Principal's voice interrupted her.

"Good Day, our beloved students, teachers and invited guests. Welcome to the graduation ceremony of..." I zoned out the moment I sat down. I rubbed my palms together to keep them moist

Precious came back smiling like she did not just threaten us and she requested to sit between us. She smiled at us and noticed our uneasiness.

"What's wrong with you guys?"

~jamb question ~

"I'm nervous" Kachi quickly answered

"Why?"

"I'm going to miss you guys. Would I even collect an award?" She smiled I could tell the smile was fake, I smiled too

~who cares about Awards!~

Precious hugged us, "everything would be fine. I'll miss you guys too, you'll probably collect an award for the snobbish senior" We laughed heartily

~Laugh because it's going to be your last~ I pushed the thought aside.

I relaxed back and listened to Janet's speech, she was looking beautiful too.

"Congratulations to us!" We all clapped.

It was time for the Principal to come on stage to talk about collecting awards. I looked at Precious and Kachi.

Precious smiled,and squeezed our already dried hands.

We heard The Principal's voice talking but something was louder. It was the gasps of students mostly.

~What's going on?~

We kept hearing the gasps of students, Kachi and Precious struggled to see what was happening while I looked straight at the Principal to get his expression, he looked shocked and scared at the same time, I looked towards Jayden and his crew, they had a proud smile on their faces.

~wha-what happened she's not supposed to be here!!~

"She's here" I whispered, trying to calm myself

"Who's here?" Precious asked, looking at face for answers.

"Answer na!" Kachi nudged me hard.

I was about to answer but she was here already, precious saw her and gasped then smiled widely showing all her teeth.

I frowned at her in disgust, ~we should have just killed her first ~

Kachi looked like she's was going to die from heart attack ~serves you right, don't take people for granted~

~Let's get to work shall we?~ I smirked

I gasped running over to meet Channelle, part of me wanted to know if it was really her.

"OMG! You're alive!!"

She smiled warmly at me

I hugged her tightly "I'm so happy. Everybody was thinking I had something to do with your kidnapping. Thank God!"

"Not so fast Vanessa" Amarachi came closer, I scoffed. She pulled Elle away.

As they were going, Elle tilted her head and said something, I wonder what she said because Amarachi looked at me with killer eyes.

~she can't remember, she wouldn't remember ~

I fixed my smile and went to my sit, I jumped happily "I'm so happy she's alive!!" Just when I was about to throw more lies, I heard something heart threnching,

"You're under arrest Mr Whyte, for kidnapping, for murder and for human-trafficking" A man who was dressed in dark blue suit said with his voice booming.

The gasps of the teachers, students, parents filled the air. They should better take him out of here before he would be killed by this already looking angry mob or wait, he's not the only that should be taken out of here, they need to take his lovely accomplice or she would be dead the moment they mention her name.

"You and your accomplice, Kachi Okoro. You  have the right to remain silent anything you say would be used against you in the court of law."

Some armed men came to drag Kachi away, thank God they did because a girl had already hit Kachi on the head with her heels I think she lost her sister in Ss1.

I cried loudly, pleading with the armed men to let her go that she was innocent  while Precious held me and weeped silently. I smiled wickedly.

"Ah God, I'll kill this girl. I can't believe she was behind the kidnapping" A girl yelled running towards the armed men who held Kachi, the girl threw her opened coke on Kachi staining her dress.

These students are going to kill her they better be fast.

The party was filled with talks from different angles, I rolled my eyes " they could have just waited till we finish, I really wanted to see what award I'll get." I scoffed.

As far as I'm concerned this party has ended, best party in the history. Yay!

Precious held my hands, she was still crying.    ~argh, can you stop crying. You suspected one of us anyways!~

I smiled warmly, holding her hands together. "We'll be fine"

I noticed Elle and her crew walking towards the car park with smiles. Probably the best party they've ever had.

I hugged Precious tightly, "We'll talk later. I need to talk to somebody" she nodded quickly. I walked behind Elle.

Let's have a little conversation shall we?

Elle's POV

After Vanessa hugged me, talking about how happy she was and how free she was.

I remembered something. I tilted my head to tell Amarachi "That voice sounds familiar, I heard it before I passed out"

She turned to Vanessa with those killer eyes.

After Uncle Harry arrested The Principal and Kachi, I stared at Vanessa from afar.

She was hurt, only that she was faking it.

We smiled at each other, hugging ourselves tightly.

"Ooh I'm going to miss us!" Craig Smiled widely

"Me too... Let's go to the parking lot so we can take pictures " Lami suggested.

I looked around, as far I'm concerned, party has ended! Good way to end the last year party.

We made our way to the parking lot. I waited while they clicked some pictures.

"Thank God you're alive" I heard Vanessa say.

I scoffed, "Like you care"

"Of course, I do. How can you say that!" She put her hands on her chest

"You can stop the act. Nobody is here"

"Oh really?! I'll be glad too, I was getting impatient already "

I smiled "I knew I've heard this voice before "

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"I hate you", " do those words sound familiar oh let me take you down the memory lane. Two days ago, you said those very words to me when I lost consciousness "

She rolled her eyes "I thought you wouldn't remember, where's the fun. The person who committed the crime has already been arrested "

"Yeah. Why arrest the slave and leave out the master?" I smirked

"There's no evidence "

"Mmhm. True though but not when the slave rats the master out without thinking. Kachi gave you away, you'll be joining her soon. "

"What?! I know you're lying, she wouldn't dare rat me-"

"Miss Vanessa Williams you're under arrest for attempted muder and kidnapping anything you say would be used against you in the court of law " The quickly hand cuffed her, she struggled with them.

"Shuuu" I came closer to her "Tell Kachi I said Hi"

They dragged her away, while I waved at her.

"Wow, this is crazy!" I turned to see everybody looking at me.

"You didn't tell us she aided in kidnapping you " Tina said

"Yeah, I wasn't sure. So I wanted to confirm."

"Geez, I always wanted to beat her. " Amarachi grinned.

"Nawa oh. Abeg let's snap picture. Thank God she has be brought to justice " Lami smiled.

We all smiled widely to the camera.

I turned to look at everyone happy faces ,"Time sure do flies"

I hugged Maris tightly.

"I'll always love you" She said.
