PERCY HYES WHITE IS A RAPIST, child groomer, abuser, and sexual assaulter.

He and his group of friends would abuse and sexually assault girls, underage girls by getting them drunk and/or high enough that they would 'agree' to have sex with them.

Which, first, since they are underage, can't consent, and also, intoxicated, also can't consent.

And, obviously, since most of his victims had been under the age of consent, and definitely under the age to drink alcohol or smoke/do drugs, child endangerment.  (I'm not very good at knowing all the laws, so let me know if I missed any)
