"Mmm, this cappuccino is good," Minghao said, nodding in approval as he set his cup down on its saucer. He smiled warmly at Jun. "Thanks for today, Jun-hyung. I had fun."
"Even though you lost nearly every game?" Jun teased, and Minghao scowled at him.
"You–"
"Alright, alright, I'm sorry," Jun laughed. Suddenly, his eyes softened, causing Minghao's heart to skip a beat. "In all seriousness though, I'm glad that you enjoyed today."
"What the hell, why are you being so romantic and cutesy," Minghao complained. "What happened to the sleazy Jun?"
"My bad, let me try again," Jun replied. He cleared his throat. "Hey, Haohao? You may not have won many games today, but you definitely won my heart." Jun winked at Minghao.
"That's more like you," Minghao said with an amused grin. Jun continued to wink at him, and Minghao burst out laughing.
"S-Stop it!" Minghao cried between chuckles. "Ah, my stomach!"
"What, don't you find this sexy?" Jun asked, eyes flashing humorously. He placed his chin between his thumb and pointer finger and stroke a pose. "I'm really sexy, aren't I?"
"Jun, stop it!" Minghao gasped for air as he laughed uncontrollably. "I can't breathe!"
"That's okay. I'm CPR-certified. I can kiss you back to life if you end up passing out," Jun responded.
"Jun!"

"Wow, the stars are really pretty tonight, aren't they?" Minghao sighed appreciatively as he glanced up at the night sky. Jun hummed in agreement.
"Hey, see that star?" Jun said, nudging Minghao and pointing at one of the brighter stars in the sky. Minghao nodded.
"That star is called Rigel. It's part of a constellation called Orion. It's the brightest star in Orion, and it's the seventh brightest star in the sky," Jun told Minghao.
"Orion? That names seems familiar," Minghao replied.
"He was a hunter in Greek mythology. See that bright star to the left and up? The one that's kinda diagonal to Rigel?"
"Yeah."
"That star's name is Betelgeuse," Jun said. Minghao perked up.
"Oh, I know that one! Isn't it cold?"
"Well...I wouldn't say cold, but it's definitely cooler than other stars," Jun corrected. "Its color is red-orange, so it's not as hot as a blue star, but it's still hot. It's a star, after all."
"Sorry, yeah, that's what I meant. Anyways, continue. What were you saying about Betelgeuse?" Minghao prompted.
"Right. Well, Betelgeuse is Orion's left shoulder, and Rigel is Orion's left foot. See how those stars and a few others connect to form a body?" Jun pointed out.
"Ah, I see it!" Minghao exclaimed excitedly. "Is that his bow and arrow?"
"Mhm. Do you see his belt in the center?" Jun questioned.
"Yeah."
"Do you see those fainter stars hanging off of it? They're a little bit towards the left."
"I see them," Minghao confirmed.
"That's the Sword of Orion," Jun said. "It looks like there are three stars in his sword right? The middle star that you see in the sword though actually isn't even a star at all. It's a nebula. The Orion Nebula."
"Orion Nebula?" Minghao repeated. "What's a nebula?"
"It's a cloud of gas in which stars are born," Jun answered. "And the Orion Nebula is the most active nebula of star formation in our galaxy. Isn't that cool?"
"It is," Minghao agreed, smiling softly. He enjoyed listening to Jun talk about space.
"The heads of those two connected groups of stars that look like stick figures and are holding hands are Castor and Pollux. They're the twins in the constellation Gemini," Jun rambled. "There's a Greek myth about them too. I'm pretty sure most, if not all, constellations have Greek myths about them. I don't know. I'm studying astrophysics, not Greek mythology."
"You really love astronomy, don't you? I mean, you've gotta be pretty passionate about it to be doing astrophysics. That's one of the most difficult branches of science to study," Minghao said.
"I do. It's all interesting to me," Jun replied, grinning brightly.
"But why are you majoring in business then?" Minghao asked. "If you like astrophysics so much, why not major in it?"
"Business is fun too," Jun responded. "It's not as complicated too. I mean, it's not like it's easy, but it's not as bad as solving some of the problems that we have to do in astrophysics."
"You clearly find astrophysics to be more fun though. Why are you really majoring in business?" Minghao questioned.
"I told you, it's because I find it fun," Jun repeated. Minghao gave him a flat look.
"I don't believe you. You're holding your wrist," Minghao said.
"So?"
"You always do that when you're lying," Minghao told Jun. "Now tell me, what's the real reason?"
"I..." Minghao stared into Jun's eyes piercingly, and Jun flinched. "Honestly...it's because of my family."
"Your family? Auntie and Uncle made you
choose business as your major?" Minghao asked, and Jun nodded. "Why?"
"They want me to take over my grandfather's company," Jun answered.
"What? That's so selfish." Minghao frowned. "So they're forcing you to do business instead of astrophysics just so you can inherit your grandfather's company? They'd rather have you do that than do what you really want to do?"
"It's not like that." They aren't forcing me," Jun denied. "I already told you, I do find business interesting. Besides, I've been preparing to take over his business since I was young. Ah, for example, my acting helped me learn how to speak in front of large groups of people properly and confidently."
"Still–" Minghao started.
"Why are you so adamant about this? I enjoy studying business too. No one's forcing me to do anything. If I really wanted to, I could refuse to study business and leave my family. I'm the one who chose to follow the path they laid out for me," Jun said. "There's really no need to discuss it anymore. Come on, let's go home. It's getting late."
"Alright..." Minghao agreed reluctantly, allowing Jun to grab his hand and lead him away. He glanced up at the stars once last time before giving Jun a sympathetic look. Minghao hoped that Jun actually did like business. He didn't want his boyfriend to suffer alone.
