Socks POV)

I would sit at the window watching the streets, seeing the zombies limping and walking around, just like that all the zombies are back... we had it good for a while but now... it's even worse. I look over to the room Jooice and ally are in, I hear light snoring followed by the occasional shuffle. I put my axe down to my right, I go to check for supplies, we have mostly water, as some of our food has expired. I grab a bottle of water and sit back down.

"Wherever you guys are... please be alive." I say looking at the road.

Blaza POV)

I lay on the rooftop sleeping lightly until I'm woken up by gunshots. I jolt awake as I see a truck drive by, shooting bullets at our building. I take cover as I see oof doing the same. After shooting a ton of bullets at the strip mall we were at, they speed off. "We need to go Oof... a shit ton of zombies are going to be here any minute." I tell him and he nod, we climb down the building and sprint away, as the zombies climb into the strip mall.

We run through the alleyways, avoiding the man streets, stopping as we heard the truck drive by. We were getting closer to the hardware store. "Blaza stop!" Oof shouts before pulling me back. As he did the truck would stop right infront of us, as 5 men would climb out. I would look over at Oof before we would run off.  We would run through the alleyway before reaching a fence. I would let oof climb up onto my shoulders and climb up, before I could I would see the 5 approaching. "Oof go back! I'll find you eventually!" I would tell him before sprinting off another way.

(Oof POV)

I would try to tell Blaza to stop but he's already gone, I would keep running heading towards the hardware store. Not stopping as I heard zombies groan behind me, I had to make it back, so I could tell the others, we could find Blaza together. I would keep running until I saw it, I would run in through the door closing it behind me, breathing as I would see socks walk up to me. "Oof you made it!" He would give me some water as I would chug it. "W-we need to go help Blaza, last time I saw him he was being chased by wolfs men." I would say.

Socks would think. "I'll come with you. Just give me a minute." He would go into the other room and tell ally to keep watch before coming back to me. "Let's go" he would say to me grabbing his axe, I would walk out having socks follow me.

Blaza POV)

I would keep sprinting down the alleyway heading to the store, as the 5 would chase me. "Blaza if you stop we won't kill you!" One would shout. But I wouldn't stop. I can't stop. I would keep running until I saw a chance to escape, I would see a dumpster and I pushed it in the way of them stopping them, I would turn a corner and run into a house nearby.

I would shut the door behind me winded. I would walk deeper into the house, and would walk into the kitchen. "Wait isn't this socks house?" I mutter to myself before I felt something to the back of my head.

Laff pov)

I would hear someone intrude into the house waking me up, I would hide behind the door as they walked into the kitchen. I would put my knife to the back of their head. I would hold it there for a few seconds before recognizing the tall male. "Blaza?" I asked confused as he turns around. "Laff? We stared at eachother. He would panick lightly. "Mate what's wrong?" I ask him as he would stare at me. "I was being chased by Woolf men, we have to get out of here before they follow me here." He would say as I would grow pale. "I have Oompa with me."

"Shit."

Jooice POV)

I would wake up, my leg feels way better than it did a few hours ago. I would stand up, stumbling lightly as I would stumble out into the main room, seeing ally looking out the window, I would stumble over to her. "Hey ally., where's socks?" I would ask as she would look over at me. "He went to help Oof find Blaza.. hope it goes well for them." She would say as I would help her keep watch for zombies.

"I can't believe that you guys came back for us..." I would say as ally would look at me. "Well you are our friends... plus the government was releasing minimum news... so we took it into our own hands." Ally said as I was confused. "The government said they announced it to the world... they are keeping it private...?" I would ask as she would shake her hand. "Kinda? They said something was happening here, but that's pretty much it."

Socks POV)

Me and oof would sprint over to where he saw Blaza last, we wouldn't see much. "Which way did he go?" I would ask as oof would point "that way... let's hurry!" He would say and sprint off, I would follow and as we kept going I would recongize the area. "Wait my house is nearby... you don't think?" I would ask as he would think. "He definitely would let's go."

We would arrive to the house seeing a bunch of men outside looking around the house. "We have to do this quietly." Oof would say, I would nod we would sneak into the house through the kitchen window which never locks. Once we got in we saw signs of people but nothing else. "Just must've missed them..." I would mutter until I heard something, a noise in the attic, I would pull down the ladder and climb up feeling a knife to the back of my head. "Oh socks it's just you" I would hear Blaza mutter.

I would look around seeing mostly everyone here. "How's Oompa?" I would say walking over to him. "He's really beat up... he hasn't said much in a while" Nadwe would say as I would look out the attic window. "We have to get out of here.... Woolf knows someone is here... " I would say as laff would nod. "Socks this is your house mate. Do you know any ways out?" He would ask. "It's a gamble, but my bathroom window leads to an alleyway... but it's on the second floor."

Oompa POV)

I would groan lightly as I would wake up, excepting to be laying down still, I'm surprised to see mostly everyone, "what's going on...?" I would mutter out as Nadwe would look over at me. "Blaza lead woolfs men here by accident, now those two are thinking of a plan."
He would say. "Ok..." he would look at my face "you feeling better?" He would ask. "A bit, but I'm still very sore." He would nod before getting up, I assume to help think about a plan.

Nadwe POV)

"Socks if it's on the second floor it's not going to work mate" laff would say as I would walk over. "Do we have any other choice?" He would reply, I would butt into the conversation. "Socks is right laff, it's just how do we get Oompa down?" I would ask socks as he would think. "We would have to catch him...?" He would say questioning himself. Laff would look at him. "That's crazy socks!"
He would shot before coughing lowering his voice. "We can't risk hurting him anymore." He would say in a calmer tone.

"Well we don't have much of a choice do we laff?" Socks would ask I could tell this was going to get heated so I got in the middle. "Laff if all of us help him down it will work." I would say as he would nod. "Alright then... let's get out of here"  socks would say.

(No pov)

The 7 would traverse the house making sure to make no noise, before reaching the bathroom, opening the window they would see the decent fall infront of them. "Laff hold my arm and help me down a bit." Socks would say, laff would grab socks arm and lowering him enough that the fall wasn't as bad.

Socks would be ready to help more people down as they sent Oof down, then blaza, then muffin. Then they reached Oompa. "Alright we're ready." Socks said as laff and Nadwe held onto Oompa, slowly lowering him into the group, oof and muffin would help hold Oompa, while the other 3 would help laff and Nadwe make it down.

After everyone was down, the 7 would sneak away from the scene, leaving as more of woolfs men would show up. Slowly but surely making it back to the hardware store before the sun would set.

(1520 words, not as much as usual, but it's nice to get a chapter out, sorry for taking so long, I'm not going to give any excuse, I've just not been writing really, but I got a chapter done, and hope to finish this book, sometime in February max. Hope you have a great day, or morning, or night!)
