Jooice POV)

I sat alone at the base, I was left to guard while everyone left to scout for muffin and Oompa, well basically alone, since tbvg offered to stay but he's been on the roof most of the time. They all packed enough food and water for 2 and a half days, so they must be coming back soon. I turned on the radio just to hear static, I had been trying to find some frequency for a while now, but the closest I got was a Christmas station that lasted for 10 seconds. The zombies are still awful, but I haven't seen any for a while. Which must mean there's a bunch of hordes out there.

I hear some footsteps walk downstairs. "Hey tbvg, I've been trying to get the radio to work again" I say as he walks and sits beside me. "Any luck?" He asks as I nod my head no. "Well hey if this is the only place in the world that's effected you'll find something soon." Tbvg said as he breathed out. "I haven't seen any zombies recently, leads me to believe there's a horde somewhere" I said as he nodded. "Yeah we may have to go look around." Tbvg said. "So how do we plan of getting out of her before the nuke?" I asked as he thought for a minute. "Your guys's idea for a bus would've worked. But it would get obliterated by bullets." He said as I thought. "What if we reinforced it? With metal and all that?" I said as he thought. "Maybe, that's something to discuss with the group." He said as I agreed, we heard some cars pull in and heard the burnout signal. "Alright they are back" I walked outside to see the group all unloading supplies out of the 2 cars. "We found where muffin and Oompa are." Laff said.

Blaza POV)

"Luckily we saw a big building and when we looked inside we saw muffin being transferred. There's also 3 entrances and exits, so we can split up and breach from multiple ways." I said as we all went inside. After putting everything back socks started talking about the plan. "Ok so 3 entrances and exits, two are closer to the first one is closer to the back. We are going to have 6 people go through the front 2 and 2 go on through the back, the 6 up front will storm in and raid, we will give them the rifles." Socks said as everyone silently agreed. "The other 2 will try to sneak around and save muffin and Oompa, since hopefully they will think we are all attacking from the front. Now the base will be unprotected so that's while we will have to hurry."

After the plan was explained everyone agreed to eat and drink and sit around for an hour, just to get fully ready.

(None POV)

The group all ate and drank as it was very quiet, no one dared to speak, no one had anything to speak basically.

(Muffin POV)

I look at Woolf confused, "Woolf what are you doing here?" I asked as he sighed looking at me. "Well after the old base raid, I tried to help defend but I was shot in both my arms. I was forced to flee, and no one came looking for me, or even thought I was alive. No one cared." He said looking away from me. "Well we were all also forced to leave" I said as he looked at me. "I know, I found you all at your new base, only concerned about the supply drop. Luckily however, I found this group, a group of people who were also ditched, however we were loaded on supplies, enough to take over this mall." He said as I looked at him. "The mall? Wasn't this place loaded with zombies?"

"Trust me it was, but now we have 2 floors 20 stores and extra secret room, but past that, I've realized to survive you can't trust people who would willingly leave you behind." He said as I looked at him. "That's why I sent the attack on you guys." He said as my jaw dropped in shock. "Wait wait wait you sent the attack on us?" I asked confused. "Yes I had seen how well you had been doing, and how many supply runs you had been on. You needed a setback. I didn't expect Oof, tbvg, and ally to be there though." He said as I looked down. "Now muffin I need you to tell me where your new base is" he said demandingly. I looked at him. "To kill everyone else?" I said. "I will not lie to you, but that's a possibility."

I looked away from him. "No I won't tell you" I said as he sighed. "Are you sure?" He said as I nodded. "Well then" he grabbed me by the shoulder and started dragging me. He brought me into a room where on a chair was a beaten half to death and cut, stabbed, and bruised Oompa. "What did you do to him?" I asked Woolf panicked as he chuckled. "He also said no, and was a little bit more sassy and badmouthed about it." He said as Oompa wheezily breathed slowly. "This is his first time sleeping in 65 hours" Woolf said as I looked at Oompa. "Now tell me, or he will be suffering even more" he said before pulling out a metal pipe.

(Oof POV)

I finished drinking some water as I looked at everyone else. "We should get going now" I said as everyone agreed. "So who's going through what, so we know who goes in what cars." I said as socks thought for a minute. "Nadwe and laff sneak around and the rest go raid?" He asked as everyone nodded in agreement.

(No one POV)

The group drove off, eventually splitting off into the groups, the left front attack group being socks, Jooice, and ally, the right front attack group being Blaza, Oof, and Tbvg while laff and Nadwe would sneak in through the back, the groups each had radios to contact eachother when it would be good to leave. The two cars pulled up front, the groups got ready.

(Blaza POV)

I stood there holding my rifle getting ready to invade the base. I looked over to Oof and Tbvg who were both also ready. The other group was ready as we burst through the doors and started firing, immediately a lot of shouting filled the halls as they were caught off guard, so we got the upper hand for a bit, but they were all armed so shots flew back at us fast. I hid behind something as tbvg and oof followed. The other group were hiding behind a flipped table. I peaked out and started firing at the guards, hitting one in the leg making him fall over.

(Muffin POV)

I stood there as I was forced to watch Oompa get beat by woolfster. "So muffin where are they?" He said holding up Oompa by his hair as his body was practically limp. "D-don't fucking tell him Muffin" Oompa said coughing. "I can't tell you Woolf!" I said as he hit Oompa again with the metal pipe. "Why no-" but he cut off but gunshots, a lot of gunshots. "Your lucky" he left the room leaving the two guards in the room watching me and Oompa, I moved over to Oompa and tried to help his wounds, but I had nothing to help him with.

Nadwe POV)

As gunshots erupted through the building me and laff went in through the back, since the building was full of gunshots no one heard us come in through the back, and since a huge fight was happening the guards that were guarding here went to help everyone else, giving us a free pass to sneak around. I held a knife in hand which I could use to silently kill someone. Laff took the lead and I followed him. We started searching stores looking for the 2 "this may take a while" laff whispered and nodded. We still kept searching though wanting to find muffin and Oompa.

(Ally POV)

Me socks and Jooice were stuck behind a table as bullets went flying. "Socks see if those 3 can provide us cover fire!" I shouted as socks nodded before trying his best to contact Blaza through the radio. "Blaza! Blaza come in!" Socks said into the radio as Blaza responded. "Give us some cover fire!" He said into the radio as Blaza Oof and Tbvg started shooting at the guards giving us enough time to move behind a reception desk, the guards started shooting back as the 3 ducked back behind the pillar.

"Ok what do we do now socks?" I asked confused. "I don't know give me a minute!" Guards moved down onto the ground floor as socks looked and saw and emergency ladder to the second story in a store to the right. "Jooice stay here and give us some cover fire along with Blaza!" He said as Jooice nodded. Socks then told Blaza aswell. The 4 started shooting giving cover fire so me and socks could run into the store.

(Socks POV)

"Alright ally we will climb up this ladder and ambush them from the second floor" I said as ally nodded. She ran to the ladder and started climbing, we had to hurry before the others had to take cover cause they would see us. Ally made it up fully as I barely got up before the 4 had to stop. I looked over at ally as we were in the emergency room. "You ready?" I said as she nodded. I burst open the door and started firing at the people on the second floor, Ally followed behind as we took out a decent chunk of them before they started firing at us and we were forced to take cover. That gave the ground groups that the idea they thought they could move however, and as Jooice ran to get to more cover he was shot in the shoulder and then the leg as he barely crawled to cover.

(Tbvg POV)

I saw Jooice get obliterated by bullets as he barely crawled to cover. He was bleeding alot. Two guards were trying to the make the move. "Guys give me cover! I'm going to get Jooice!" I said as the 2 started firing giving me the best cover they could as I sprinted to Jooice, getting barely skinned in the shoulder but it didn't matter. I crouched behind the cover with Jooice, I pulled out some rags from my bag and wrapped them around his wounds. The two guards kept approaching as I peaked and shot the 2.

"Listen Jooice the next time the group starts shooting I want to you try to crawl or slowly move to the car." I gave him the key. "Put the key in the ignition but don't start it. So when we are done we can leave fast." He nodded and the next time the group started shooting he did exactly that.

(Jooice POV)

My leg and arm hurt like hell but I got outside and into one of the cars putting the keys in like Tbvg said. I looked outside the car and saw tons of zombies approaching. "Oh shit" I muttered and crawled into the very back, I was in no condition to fight zombies, so I laid in the back and covered my self and just prayed the zombies wouldn't see me.

(Laff POV)

We continued sneaking around and looking, we had to hurry. Everyone would run out of bullets soon, plus there's tons of them here. "As we snuck around we saw a bunch of guys including a somewhat familiar guy running with supplies into a back room. We knew we had to go faster. Eventually we saw a employees only room. We knew it had to be it. "Alright Nadwe there's probably guards." I whispered. "Yeah" he said back as I pulled out my pistol. "Ready?" I whispered as he nodded we burst in and shot the guards before the could react

Muffin looked over and saw us. "Guys your here!" He ran up and hugged Nadwe. "Muffin I'm glad to see you aswell but we need to go now!" Nadwe said as muffin pointed over at Oompa. "That may be an issue" he said as Oompa laid there basically motionless. "Shit is he still alive?" I said as I knelt beside him using some medical supplies in my bag I threw Nadwe the radio. "Tell everyone we found muffin and Oompa!" I shouted as Nadwe repeated what I said into the radio. "GUYS THERES HUNDREDS OF ZOMBIES COMING IN WE GOTTA GO NOW!" Blaza shouted into the radio.

Us three looked at eachother. "Nadwe give me your pistol, you and muffin will carry Oompa" I said as Nadwe handed me his pistol. I held both making sure they were loaded. Muffin and Nadwe grabbed Oompa like they did back at the old base raid. "Alright let's go." I said as we opened the door, two gaurds stood there as I shot the 2 we kept going as we looked over at the main area, seeing hundreds of the undead and not anyone else. We kept going having to shoot some zombies. We barely made to the exit and got to the car. "Alright get Oompa in the back." I say as I get into the front. As everyone got in I stepped on the gas driving out of there as I could.

(Blaza POV)

We had the news of muffin and Oompa being found, but as we were getting ready to leave hundreds of zombies burst through the door, leaving me and oof to start sprinting away, we couldn't take the entrance we used. "Fuck oof where do we go?" I say to him as he looks over. "Didn't they say there was 3 exits aswell?" He said as I nodded. "Let's find one of those!" He said as we ran around, eventually finding one, it was on the whole other side of the mall. "Ok Blaza we are just going to have to run off, we will not make it to the cars" he said as I nodded. We ran off away from the mall trying to get as far away as we could.

(Socks POV)

Me and ally were trapped on the second floor, they hadn't found the stairs yet but they would eventually. "What do we do ally?" I asked as she looked around. "There's no roof exit, so we're pretty much stuck." Zombies started coming up through the stairs. "Follow me" she said before grabbing my arm. We ran back to the emergency room with the ladder and closed the door blocking it some crates that were in the room. "Socks look" it was a store lockdown panel, "what store is below us?" She asked as I tried to remember. "It's the carpet store" I said as she pressed the button. We looked down to see the gate closing, leaving the 7 zombies that were in the store before it closed still in there.

I grabbed my axe and ally grabbed her knife, we went down the ladder and barely took out the zombies. We both sat down exhasuted. "Well we are alive for now." I said as she nodded. "Hope everyone else got out." I said she nodded again. "You can sleep I'll keep watch for a bit." I said she laid down and slowly fell asleep. I closed the hatch for the ladder so no zombie could fall down into the store.

(TBVG POV)

I looked behind me to see hundreds of zombies entering the store. Luckily I managed to run off before they grabbed me I ran as fast as I could as I saw a garage slowly closing, I managed to slide and get into it. I saw all the remaining guards I hid behind a crate as they packed up stuff into trucks. I then realized I was in the warehouse behind the mall. Zombies started bashing onto the garage door. I saw some open gates as I sprinted for them, bullets flying past me as the guards saw me. A few of them skinned me some hit my shoulders but I made it out barely. I kept sprinting.

After an hour of running I found a gas station. I ran into it grabbed some chunks of wood from the destroyed shelves, some stale doritos for fire starter ( authors note: doritos are actually really flammable, so yeah they could be used here) locked myself in the gross bathroom, but I didn't care. I started a small fire to the best I could. As I started tending to my wounds "fuck!-" I whisper shouted as I took out a bullet. Once I finished I laid there silently, falling asleep to the fire crackling.

But I hope y'all liked the chapter, now the group is split up and a few are injured, also tell me if y'all dislike Woolf as the villian, personally I like Woolf it's just I feel like it was the piece missing from the story, and Woolf was kind of just being left there forgetting so it was perfect Mix in my opinion.
