Charlotte Vanessa Baxter also known as Journey Rose, has an interesting story. She is Ryan's biological daughter and Boyd's older sister but was given up, left as a newborn outside of the happy happy rainbow preschool. She was then put in the foster system where years later the Baxter's became her foster family and are now thinking of adopting her and changing her name from Journey Rose to Charlotte Vanessa. Ryan doesn't have a clue who she is.
