I opened the door quietly and saw Lando dressed as well. "I'll go to the gym with him, just don't get seen" Lando said and I nodded as he walked up to me.

He hummed as he took me in before kissing me again. "Lando!! I've been here for five minutes damnit" Charles called out in an angry hiss.

Lando pulled away and cursed under his breath. Before pulling a hoodie over his head and then he walked out to the living room and I hid behind the door to the bedroom.

Lando opened the door and greeted Charles. "Let's go to the gym" Lando said.

"Actually, can we talk here? It's kind of private?" Charles said and my eyes widened. Fuck. Fuck.

"No one's at the gym, come on" Lando said and Charles sighed before following him out.

"Why do you smell like women's perfume?" Charles commented and grimaced as Lando closed the door.

I winced as I realized Charles might recognize the perfume. We were fucked.

I waited for ten minutes before bolting from the room. I hurried into my own room and then I showered.

I washed every evidence of our night away.

I felt like a teenage girl, I was smiling and blushing even though no one was here.

I wanted to talk to Lando today after the race, I had to know why he had called me that night.

We just never got to that last night and neither this morning.

I waited for an answer while I got dressed, not long after it was marked with 'seen'. I frowned when minutes turned to hours and he still hadn't responded.

I made my way through the paddock and greeted the McLaren employees and the drivers I met.

"Jasmine! I wanted to ask you, are you seeing anyone?" Lewis asked me, I hesitated before shaking my head no.

"Why?" I ask him with a small awkward laugh. "My friend saw you on one of my posts from the last dinner we all had and he wanted to take you out" Lewis said as we walked.

"Well, I'm not really dating right now—""—So you are seeing someone?" Lewis asked and wiggled his brows with a smirk on his face.

"It's complicated—""—Ohhhh, tell me who" Lewis said, I groaned and shook my head. "There's no one. I'm just not interested in anything right now, I'm sorry" I say and he nods unconvinced.

"I'll find out who it is" Lewis insisted and nudged my shoulder with a smirk.

I glanced up and saw Lando across from us, he smirked a bit as he had obviously heard everything.

I rolled my eyes and said goodbye to Lewis before going to the McLaren paddock.
