experiment, experiment, experiment

if you're someone who just started making graphics recently and is overwhelmed by the many other graphic designer here and think they're "too good to compared with"  just remember that not all of us was born perfect and make 10/10 graphics in the start. we all practise and used that  time to develop our skill, some may be fast to learn and some may like to take their time and experiment different styles. overtime i'm sure you'll see the difference of skills when you started making graphic as a beginner.

try different styles out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself, even if it turned out bad surely you now know what you can do to improve or at least you did something different. play around with all tools/effect of your editing app/program and see what you find useful to use in the future.

 opening a graphic shop or hosting graphic contest

don't be afraid to open a graphic shop and look for ways to make your shop stand out from others from what you served like different styles of covers, gif, icons and are you focusing on realistic or anime style or both and maybe how you layout your shops. don't feel down if there isn't anyone requesting, most of time people are looking what kind of graphics you offer and it really depends on the time as most people will be either active or not so active.

hosting a graphic contest is pretty fun but can be a bit tiring after hosting contest with an overwhelming amount of entries every time but it is rewarding to those who joined to improve their skills and just want to have fun and if you enjoy hosting things like a contest. so being a host it's important to be open-minded and accept all different styles and people's taste like anime, music, movies and etc. just focus on the graphic overall and don't be bias, judge fairly as possible on the graphic itself rather than having a popularity/most voted graphic contest.

respect yourself and others

maintain a positive attitude and stop trying to keep up with everyone, making the best graphic isn't a competition so just believe in your works! everyone is trying their best and looking for improvements and as a graphic designer treat people like you want to be treated so be honest, don't steal other's works, listen and consider opinion and criticism.
