(Steven's POV)

When I ran up to Lars, he was laughing with Sadie and, as usual, eating a donut. He saw me and swallowed, "Oh, hey Steven. How are your little gem friends doing in your magical house? Heh."

I looked at him angrily, "Don't do that, Lars! You hurt my friend! She just wanted to make friends with you and you made her sad."

Lars threw the rest of his donut in the garbage and turned on his phone. He started scrolling. "Oh, that blue one? Yeah, she was creepy."

"Lapis is not creepy! She's scared! But apparently your too much of a jerk to care about people, Lars..."

Lars made a little 'tch' noise and turned to Steven, "It's not my fault she's so..."

"Yes it is, Lars! It's always your fault! You made fun of my mom! You made fun of Ronaldo! You made fun of Lapis! How do you find a way to enjoy yourself everyday knowing you just hurt people?!"

Lars' and Sadie's eyes widened, and Sadie finally spoke up, "Woah, uh, Steven... Maybe you should calm down a bit."

Lars put his phone down on the counter, "Yeah, you need to chill."

I growled and shook my head, "No. I won't calm down. Until you apologize to Lapis!"

Lars groaned, "Steven, I'm not apologizing to a rock."

Sadie punched him in the stomach and looked up at him, "You're gonna apologize, Lars. Or Steven won't leave you alone."

"...Fine. I'll go apologize."

I grabbed him by the arm and started to drag him out of the shop.

"But it's not gonna be sincere!" He yelled as the door slammed.

Yeah, not a good chapter, I know. Sorry. I just wanted to get something in here. I tried to think of stuff as I wrote this... But I kinda didn't know what to do.
There are probably gonna be about 4-6 more chapters before this ends. Just a head's up. Luv ya! <3
