(Peridot's POV)

I mentally facepalm for some reason, and gently come to a conclusion, "So, you're saying you escaped, blacked out, and woke up here? It must have been Steven..." I say, turning around and looking at me feet.

Lapis gets up in front of me. She inhales and says, "Yes. But that doesn't matter right now, alright? The good thing is that everyone is OK. Right?" She looks at me with blue eyes.

I stare into her eyes for a second and say, "I... suppose that is correct."

She smiles and slightly kisses me on the cheek. "Thanks for understanding!"

I blush and she starts walking toward the house. I follow her, still blushing a dark green.

We get inside and Steven asks if we're OK. I walk to my room silently. The gems stare awkwardly at me as I walk, but I pay no attention.

They watch as I enter my room and keep staring until I disappear into the dark green depths of my room.
