Lance, Keith and Shiro have been dating for a total of 6 years and have been in a long distance relationship for about 4 years. They were all in the same high school and started dating at the tail end of Shiro's senior year. Shiro stayed close for college but when Keith and Lance graduated high school they went to colleges on the other side of the country. But despite this they've had a wonderful relationship.

They've been able to meet in person but only over short breaks and even then they have almost an entire year between when they meet. It's been awfully lonely but now that Lance and Keith are done with college and are on their own they have all decided on moving in together.

Keith was the one to announce the idea to the group instead of them all staying apart for longer. It was a surprise to the other two but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless. They were all super excited and nobody could wait for the younger two of the pair to graduate finally.

It was only a couple of days away from Lance's graduation and the day after was Keith's. Shiro saw this as an opportunity to surprise both of his boyfriends and go to their graduations seeing as they were both open graduation ceremonies. He was also planning on taking Lance to Keith's because, according to Lance, his family doesn't do graduation parties. Instead, he gets cards with loads of money, and Lance was 100% okay with that.

All three of them were ok Skype talking about how excited they were about what was going to happen so very soon.

"I've never been so excited to see you in my life!" Lance exclaimed. "All I wanna do right now is be engulfed in your muscles." He daydreamed of being cuddled and nearly crushed in his boyfriends thick biceps.

Shiro chuckled "I, for one, just can't wait to be able to talk to both of you without glitches and crap like that."

A sigh came from Keith, "that is a very good point Shiro. I want to be able ti hear every word of Lance's stupid rants when he's all pent up. He's so cute when he does that."

See? They were all super excited albeit for different reasons. Well, Lance had a different reason at least.

"So," Lance snapped out of his daze "what are we going to do about the sleeping arrangements when we move in with each other? I was thinking about sharing a bed between all of us."

Keith scoffed a bit, "of course we would all share a bed you idiot. There would be no way I would sleep knowing you two were in different beds yet in the same house as me. It would kill me."

Shiro smiled, "well, I'm glad about that because I already bought a bed big enough for three of me to fit on it" he ended with a chuckle.

Keith and Shiro heard a mumbled 'three Shiros?' before they saw Lance enveloped in his own little world again.

Keith sighed, "I love you guys so much. It's been so painful these last couple of days packing and everything. And knowing neither of you can come to my graduation is even harder you know?"

Lance agreed, "I know. I just wish I could at least be at Keith's graduation." There was a lull on the call with the solemn faces. Shiro put on his best fake sad face to keep his plan secure and secret.

They talked for hours after that before finally hanging up to get a good night sleep.

-time skip-

Lance was super nervous. Today was the day he was graduating and although he was sad neither of his hunky boyfriends were coming he couldn't be more excited to finally be done with schooling. He was next to be called up and his hands were sweating. His cheeks hurt from smiling and he could barely hear anything, that is until he heard his name being called.

As he moved up to receive his diploma he was blinded by the many bright lights pointed to the stage. He moved off to where they take pictures of the graduation students and after he took his picture turned to his family and friends so they could take a few pictures as well. When he was just about to turn around and go to sit back down he heard his name being called so he turned back. And boy was he surprised.

Shiro was holding a teddy bear with a graduation cap and robe on it. He had the biggest smile spread across his face and Lance swears he saw Shiro tearing up a bit.

Lance tore through the small crowd of other families and literally leaped into Shiro's arms. He held his love as close as he could as tears streamed down his face. He only brought his face out from Shiro's neck when the older chuckled, "so, did you miss me?"

Lance didn't even bother to respond in words. Instead he tore away from Shiro's shoulder and kissed him passionately, as if Shiro had just came back from a war. Shiro let Lance go and slapped him on his ass, "go back to your seat babe. I have another surprise for you afterwards." 

Lance still couldn't say anything out of shock so he just nodded, gave Shiro a quick peck on the lips and ran back to his seat. 

-time skip to after ceremony-

Lance had already spent time with his family and they decided that, since they celebrated a bit the previous night, they were going to go back so they could clean from the not-so-little little gathering. When Lance saw Shiro for the second time that day he, again, leaped into his arms and hung on tight as Shiro spun him around. He still had the bear and handed it to Lance. 

When Lance grabbed the bear he noticed the envelope in the bears hand. He was filled with confusion but opened it when Shiro encouraged him to. When the plane tickets just barely peaked out of the envelope Lance had already known what the were and started to break down into happy tears. He, again, ran into Shiro's arms and cried out of pure happiness. 

They were going to see Keith graduate. No, they were going to see Keith. 

-Time skip... again-

Keith was thankful that he was done with school yet he still was nervous about paying off school. He already had to pay for school by himself seeing as he was no longer in the orphan system anymore and they couldn't, nor wouldn't, help him financially. 

He also didn't see the point of him being at this stupid ceremony anyway. He didn't have any family nor any friends that would come to see him graduate. Well, he did have two people but they were busy with their own stuff and couldn't be here which saddened him more. 

His name was called and he walked on the stage. There was the small courtesy clap that everyone would receive and he wasn't expecting anymore than that. So when he heard a high pitched yell mixed with a lower pitched one saying 'we love you Keith' he knew immediately who was there. He immediately lit up and speed-walked across the stage and went through the picture super fast. As soon as he saw the loves of his life he, much like Lance, jumped into their arms. 

The other two held him close and they all got a bit misty eyed. Keith could only sob and choke out through said sobs muffled 'I love you's'. There was chuckled and sobs and everything was perfect. They were finally together.

I will be picking up with the smut soon but I thought this was a good way to come back to the book. I love you all and I hope you don't think it was too rushed.
