Is what you said to me as we both shook hands.
"How've you been?"
You ask with that same careless smile,
like it's all been left and forgotten.
"I've been fine, how about you?"
Do you still think about it cause I do,
The day that you,
Took a chance,
It took his life now there's no turning back.
"I've been having trouble sleeping"
You say,
But I just saw you laughing with your new friends,
"I've been thinking about you a lot"
But that's when I turned my heals and walked,
"I'm busy gotta go"
That's when you frowned and gave a gently-
"Hello?"
