I woke up with the smell of eggs, tofu soup and some toast. With a surprise mood, I got up from bed and walked outside to see my uncle placing rice in a bowl. It took him a second but he finally notices me.

With a big smile he greets me with warm eyes. "Good morning, how did you sleep?"

Even with a smile on my face, I had a skeptical feeling. "Good."I look at the table once more, "What's all this?"

He chuckles and sits down at his chair. He gestures me to sit down as well. "Breakfast of course."

I sat down watching my uncle place some egg rolls on my plate and two toast. "I see. But don't you have to go to work?"

Even as he continues eating I saw something in his eyes when I mention work.

He looks up at me and smiles. "I'm in no rush today."

I look at my uncle and notices his eyes were filled with satisfaction. He must have gotten a good night sleep. I noticed he hasn't been sleeping much lately. Instead of asking too many questions, I decided to enjoy this.

We ate and surprisingly we had multiple different conversations. He asked about work, how the girls been doing, am I happy, and surprisingly he asked if Jungkook and I were doing okay. I answered them all honestly and I was happy with how we were talking. I was enjoying this moment with him.

"Jungkook is a really good kid. And I just thought it was best not to relieve the pain of his history of him and your brother. But I suppose it's a good thing you know." My uncle points out.

I gave my uncle a sad look. "I miss him. But I also know he had a lot of pride. I don't doubt Jungkook tried to stop Nick from going. So I don't blame him. I was more mad that nobody told me."

My uncle sign out in agreement. "I agree. And I apologize for that."

"It's okay. But no more secret okay?" I jokingly narrows my eyes at him.

There was a strange smile on my uncle face. It was like he was forcing a smile. Before I could question it, he look me with his chin up with a more promising smile.

"No more secrets." He assures me.

There's something off about this. Not just the smile but the breakfast and the whole morning. Before I could really ask there was a knock on the door.

I look at the door questionably then at my uncle. He checks at his watch and smirks.

"Punctual as usual." He mumbles. My uncle got up from his chair and towards the door. I follow and as he opens the door, a familiar face was on the other side of the door.

"Jungkook?" I question. Jungkook was there in his uniform with a smile on his face. "What's going on?" I ask then ask my uncle.

My uncle lips went into a straight smile. "He is here to take you to work."

"Okay..."

My uncle hands went to my shoulder. "Lisa I have to go on a trip." As he tells me this he looks behind me. I follow his eyes and notices the suitcase by the door.

I nod my head. "Okay. For like a day or two?"

My uncles lips went into a thin line. "A week."

"A week?" I exclaimed.

My uncle gave Jungkook a smile. "Now take care of her while I am gone."

Jungkook nods his head. "Will do."

I rolled my eyes at two. "You know I am right here and I can take care of myself."

The two men turn to me both with a smirk on their face.

"Says the one who is still in her pajamas." My uncle pints out.

I look down to see my oversized t shirt, and just then I realized the slight breeze from outside. I turn to look at Jungkook with a mortified look, and ran towards my room.

After brushing my teeth, putting my uniform on, light make up and tying my hair up, I was out and ready to leave. I stopped taking another step, as I hear my uncle and Jungkook in hush voices. They look like they were in a serious conversation, after 10 seconds Jungkook's eyes met mine and clear his throat, and my now my uncle looks at me.

"Are we okay?" I ask them both.

My uncle comes up next to me, gives me a peck on the cheek with a huge smile. "Everything is fine sweetheart." He then turns back and grabs his suitcases, "well I have to go now. But I'll see you in a week." He looks a Jungkook, "Take care of her. Make sure she doesn't cook, and don't let her do anything stupid."

"Again I am right here!" I slightly yelled out.

"I will make sure I have meals ready for her and I promise she is in good hands." Jungkook replies to my uncle.

Without any more seconds, my uncle left. Jungkook was all smiles till he notices my face. I was scowling at him for making me feel like I can't take care of myself.

"What?" He ask in a serious tone.

"You know I'm not a baby right?"

He chuckles, "It's more believable when you aren't pouting."

"Whatever," I grumble out. I was heading towards the door so we can leave. As I pass Jungkook, I felt a warm big hand on my waist pulling me back.

Jungkook wraps his arms around my waist as my back was against his chest. He gives me a kiss on my cheek. I am not going to lie, this surprised me. He never pulls me this kind moves, it's usually me. I turn my body fully around, with an eye brow rise. As I open my mouth to as what he was doing he dips down and captures my lips.

I don't know what's gotten into him but I will be lying if I said I didn't like it. My hands subconsciously went around his neck and his arms tighten around my waist. I swear I heard a small groan.

He pulls away too quickly with his eyes close. I was doing all I can to normal my heart rate.

I took a breathe. "Well that was unexpected."

He smirks as he opens his eyes. "I know. But it just felt right."

"Oh it was definitely right."

He laughs. Not a small chuckle but full out laughing. Again surprise with this side of him, I couldn't but just admire how he looks.

He gives me a gentle kiss on the cheeks. "Let's go love."

As if my heart was not beating fast enough,  I swear my heart was going to explode.

Well this is going to an interesting week.
