"Everything will be fine, okay?" the older brother whispered to his younger sister, who was lying down on the bed, caressing her hair and attempting to calm her down.

"I trust you. Don't worry, I'm going to be fine," the younger sister smiled at him. He simply nodded and smiled back at her.

"Okay, little sister. Promise me, you'll survive there no matter what," he added, and she nodded. He kisses her on the forehead before standing up straight.

Someone walks towards the girl, resembling a doctor and holding a syringe. She looks at her before speaking.

"Remember, WICKED is good."
