Chapter 1: 6 Years Later/Night of the Party

"The night is full, my heart is weak, and yet here I stand. I stand before you, because you have something that is mine not yours. You might control her but you... But you... Damn it." I say curse as I move my fingers through my snow white hair. "What's that line again?" I say as I pull my script out form my bra, why couldn't renaissance dresses have pockets? I start to look through the script at the part I'm at. "The night is full... blah blah blah... There it is." I clear my throat and get back into character, "You might control her but you don't control me!" I yell into the skies.

I hear thunder go over my head which makes me laugh, "How could I forget such an easy line!?" I yell as more thunder rocked the skies and I see lighting hit nearby. I sink to the ground and look over at the script again, "How am I support to get this part if I can't even remember the easiest part of the play?" I say to myself as I put my hand on my forehead. I look at my dress to see the light purple that matches my light blue eyes and the tight corset making it almost hard to breathe but I didn't even care.

I sat there letting the cold air hit my face, tonight was going to be the first time I get to go to my parent's Christmas party and I couldn't be more excited. Six years I've been waiting for my parents to stop treating me like I was still that thirteen year old that had to watch her little sister. I remember that night like it was yesterday, how Anna said she talked to the Goblin King... I know my parents blamed me because I use to tell her stories like that at night, but I didn't think it would stick like that to her. But after tonight, I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore, maybe she'll meet a cute guy or her friends will be there.

I hear my phone going off breaking me from my thoughts. I look at the caller I.D. and freeze, my mother was calling. "Hey mom..." I answer. "Elsa Ann Winter! Where are you?" I hear my mother yell, and she used my full name which meant... I was in trouble. "I'm at the library doing homework." I lie. "Oh really? So is that why your homework here, in your room?" I curse under my breathe, "Okay, I'm coming home." I say. "Oh I know you are, and we are having a long talk." My mother says before she hangs up. "Shit..." I say to myself as I feel rain full on my head. I look up to feel more drops fall on me, it was starting to pour. I stand up and put my arms in the air, "Great! Thank you oh great Goblin King! Thank you for getting me wet!" I scream before I start to run to my car and on my way home.

"Elsa! You're soaked to the bone!" My mother says as I see her at the door, wearing a beautiful red dress, her long hair in a tight bun and she was putting her earrings in was she was glaring at me. "I know, it started to rain, don't worry I'll be looking great before the party." I say and start to go upstairs. "Oh no young lady, we need to talk, now." My mother says which makes me stop. I turn to her to see her crossing her arms looking at me. I sigh, "Okay, I'm sorry I lied about me going to the library, but I was kind of doing work, you know for the play I'm hoping to be in... You said it was okay." I say but my mother was still giving me that glare.

"That's not why I'm upset Elsa, I'm upset because you sneak out of last night, for a party none the less." She says. I feel my eyes widen as I walk down to her, "How... How did you find out?" I ask. "I'm your mother, I always know." I roll my eyes, "No, you know because Anna told you, that little snitch!" "Don't talk about your sister like that, she was worried about you." "Worried about me!? Do you hear yourself? She wasn't worried; she just wants to be connected to my hip like she was still ten!" I yell.

Yes, it was true I went to a party last night, a party my mother and father both told me no, but... They don't understand Phil James was going to be there. His like the most popular, cutest, hottest guy in school. It was going to be the only time I would have to guts to talk to him maybe even got a dance. I even told Anna not to tell them! I was home by midnight like Cinderella! Just like I told her I would be, but she still told on me! Can I trust no one in my family?

"Elsa, this is... Unforgiveable." My mother says. I growl, "Mom, I come home at midnight, I swear, did Anna tell you that?" "She did, but it's the fact that you snuck out. So for that, you're grounded for the night." I feel my eyes widen, "Wait... As in..." "You are not going to the party." I felt my heart crash, was this what heart break feels like? "Are you kidding me!? You and dad promised that when Anna turned sixteen I could go!" I see my mother sigh as she walks away from me. But I just follower her to the mirror where she puts her lipstick on, "Elsa, I'm sorry but it's done, you're not going." She says before I could even put a fight up.

I do a small scream, "This is so unfair!" I say as I hear some footsteps behind me. I turn to see Anna at the stairs looking at us. Her long strawberry blonde hair was in two pigtails and her green/blue eyes were looking at us in a sad, I'm sorry way. I glare, "This is your fault! You're such a little snitch!" I say as I walk by her but stop at the top of the stairs, "Does she get to go because she the 'good child'? I say putting air quotes around 'good child'. "No, she's staying here with you." I hear behind me and see my father walk past me in his nice black suit.

"What!?" Anna and I say at the same time. "Yup, you told on your sister, so you get to stay here and deal with her wrath." My dad says as he walks up to my mother and put his arm around her waist. "But... Dad, she'll kill me!" Anna says and runs up to him. I cross my arms. "No she won't sweetie." I hear my mother say. "You want to beat?" I say and my mother and father look at me. "Elsa." I sigh and walk up the stairs, "This house is a nightmare!" I scream before I go into my room and slam the door.

I jump on my bed and feel my tears go down my face, "This is so stupid." I say to myself as I take script out of my bra and put it on my bed. Realizing that my dress was still wet, I went into my closet and put on a pair of skinny blue jeans and a tight black tan top. I went to my vanity and start to comb out my hair before I blow dry it and start to straighten it again, thanks rain.

I finally get my hair to look nice again and I was putting on my lip stick when I hear a knock at my door. "Go away Anna." I say. But she doesn't listen and opens the door. "Can... Can we talk?" She asks as I watch her from my mirror. She took her hair out of the pigtails and her hair was hanging loosely around her shoulders and was wavy. "Nope." I say popping the 'p'. "Elsa, please, I'm sorry I told mom and dad, I just... I had a nightmare while you were gone that Blaise kidnapped you." I hear Anna say and I could just feel my blood boil.

"And what if he did!?" I yell as I turn to her my hair swinging with me. "Blaise isn't real! There is not Goblin King! Or his kingdom! HIS NOT REAL!" I yell as I stand. "He is real!" Anna screams tears going down her face. "Why won't you guys believe me!?" She yells. I put my finger on my lips like I was thinking, "Oh I don't know because we never seen him or because his all in your fucken mind!" I yell. I never curse at Anna but I was just too pissed to care right now. "No his not! And if you're not careful, I'll take his offer and be his bride!" She yells. I walk up to her, "Do it then! Be his stupid bride I don't care!" I yell.

I could tell she was getting mad just like me. Her face became read and she was puffing out her cheeks. "Fine I will!" She yells and runs out of the room. I do a small laugh as I go back to my vanity, "Don't invite me to the wedding." I yell as I finishing putting my lipstick on.

Hey guys!!! I know, another update, but like I said, I got some ideas for this story! Don't worry, we're getting to the good part I promise, next chapter, we'll meet the evil but oh so handsome Blaise, aka the Goblin King. I hope you guys are getting excited like I am!!! So I read one book before I started writing again so here another story to check out.
