And refer to the Labyrinth Sorrows as she

Enjoy

This chapter is really long, consider this two chapters?

Actually nah it's an extra to all the short chapters in the past

Supah's POV

I was mostly alone this night. Lara and Hawkfrost didn't exactly ignore me but avoided any conversation with me. They'd stare at me each time they passed by, when they were together they started whispering something. Hawkfrost always sounded angry so in the end Lara got upset as well. I knew they refused to talk to me so I simply walked off each time that happened.

It was the middle of the night which usually meant sleep but not tonight. Not for me. And obviously not for Lara either who was turning. As she turned towards the fire I glanced to look at her face. She looked upset as if something was really troubling her. I stood up and walked to Hawkfrost's direction, pretending I'm going to empty my bladder. As I was walking by Lara who surprise surprise, wasn't sleeping next to Hawkfrost this night looked at me but didn't say anything. As I passed Hawkfrost I looked at him. Just as expected he wasn't sleeping either and looked up at me. Just like Lara he looked upset as well, but angrier than her.

"What are you staring at?" He growled. I frowned in surprise and anger at his sudden behaviour change.

"Hawkfrost." Lara said coldly as she sat up. Hawkfrost looked at her but didn't say anything. He simply narrowed his eyes. Lara looked angrier than I've ever seen here.

"Are you going to explain what's going on?" I kept my voice calm but let them know that I was getting upset over their childish behaviour as well.

"Why don't you tell him, you figured it out yourself after all, didn't you?" Hawkfrost said, looking at Lara but not turning to face her fully.

"I'll tell him loudly and clearly." Lara said coldly, keeping her gaze on him "Hawkfrost here is acting like a real kid and an asshole, practically the worst combination." I heard Hawkfrost swear under his breath.

"But why is that so?" I demanded. Lara's expression quickly turned from angry to startled, afraid to let me know. She faced the ground, letting her long hair fall over and hide her face as much as possible.

"Well?" I raised my voice.

"We're on the ground of your precious dragon friend and I'm sure you'll defeat her sometime in the next few days." Hawkfrost said in annoyance.

My surprise was stronger than my frustration "So that's it? Why are you fighting then?"

"Because he won't understand that you can do it!" Lara angrily ranted.

"But he can't! You saw it, I saw it ,everybody saw it!" Hawkfrost finally turned around to face Lara. She stared at him in shock and anger.

"This isn't the real you..." She whispered. All though she sounded angry, I heard from the tone of her voice she was hurt.

"Oh so that's it then? You simply don't believe in me?" I said to Hawkfrost. I wasn't nearly as upset as both of them but still pretty angry. With Hawkfrost, Lara was making sense.

"No Supah, indeed I don't. I thought you knew that." He said coldly and laughed. Fucking laughed.

"Alright then, how about I go right now and prove to you I can kill Icee?" I replied just as coldly as he did.

"Of course, I'll be glad to hear your screams of pain as you slowly turn into a villain." I stared at him disgusted. He was only smirking.

"Oh and not just that, I'll wait months to kill you so you can suffer for as long as possible, then I'll make your death long and agonizing as well and you and your precious girlfriend will die in each other's arms."

With that, I turned around, picked up the closest weapon and left. Lara ran after me.

"Wait! Please don't leave!" She was begging me. I didn't care enough anymore.

"Don't say another word..." I said without looking at her. Hearing only one set of footsteps now told me that Lara had stopped trying to follow me.

As my figure was getting smaller and smaller from their perspective, I heard Lara screaming and Hawkfrost and crying.

I didn't care, honestly. Hawkfrost has never liked me because I was the kind of person who can't let go. But this time I did. I knew I'd be better on my own in the first place. Just like every other survivor, KillerCanadian should leave me alone but even if he didn't, I could easily kill him. As for other villains... I didn't care.

To be honest, I didn't even give a shit whenever I turned into a villain or not. If I did,Hawkfrost would be my enemy and I would kill him with pleasure, just like he'd happily kill me.

Half an hour of walking and I didn't hear them anymore. I didn't care where I was going, I was a rouge now, on my own. Direction didn't matter. My legs were getting tired so I sat down next to a tree to take a break. My anger had almost vanished away but I was still upset, except that now I started questioning Hawkfrost. Did he really mean what he said? He was a fine leader all this time, a little cruel at times but I've never seen him like this. So childish and so angry out of such a ridiculous reason. I tried to relax and thought about my life months ago, back when everything was still normal. Icee was Icee, Lara was just a fan of her I knew, all other villains were simply youtubers. It made me feel homesick but at the same time, it's the good memories that make you homesick. And good memories make you feel better. And this time, bringing up my old, normal life helped and overcame all anger and all nostalgia and all though. I didn't intend to, helped me drift into sleep.

Brightness of the sun woke me up. I opened my eyes and looked at my left to see the pale sun making its way up and over the forest. With the corner of my eye I saw a silhouette sitting on a tree opposite me. I turned my head to face them. Before I could say anything, they were the one to speak.

"I'm sorry, I really am." Hawkfrost said. I opened my mouth to snap back at him but he spoke again "I didn't mean it...What I said the other night. When Lara told me about how she found out Icee was near I automatically got upset and thought you'd be a coward like..." He cleared his throat, not wanting to bring the incident up "It was the most childish conclusion I've ever done and I want to apologize for not realizing that earlier ." He took a quick break, short enough to let me know he wasn't done yet "You are a very important part of this group, you've saved many of our lives, including mine. I would be devastated if you turned into a villain, and even more devastated if I was the one who had to kill you." He explained. He then looked at me, letting me know he had said everything he had to tell me.

I opened my mouth to speak but closed it again, not knowing what to say. I noticed that Hawkfrost was becoming more and more nervous.

"Come here." I  said. He climbed off the lowest branch of the tree on which he was sitting on and slowly walked to me. When he was only a few feet away I stood up and hugged him tightly. I felt tears in my eyes. Damnit Supah, be a man!

"I take that as apology accepted then." Hawkfrost chuckled.

"Where's Lara by the way?" I asked, breaking the hug "Does she forgive you?"

"See here's the thing..." He started awkwardly.

"Don't tell me you've lost her as well." I said.

"No,no, Lara's fine. It's just that..." He looked at the ground, trying not to make eye contact with me. But as soon as he did I let him know I wasn't planning on waiting.

"Fine." He sighed "On our way here we spotted Icee. It looks like she's sleeping now, but will probably wake up when the moon rises. Lara is keeping an eye on her right now, just to be safe."

"That gives me less than five hours." I muttered. Hawkfrost nodded with a sad smile on his face.

"But hey." He put his hand on my shoulder "You know what Enderlox said, they want to be free. She'll be grateful if you do it as soon as possible."

I nodded.

"Lead the way, Hawkfrost."

"There." Lara nudged forward. I looked to see Icee who was hanging from a branch with her tail, having her wings wrapped around the rest of her body, having only tips of her hair visible as she was hanging upside-down.

"You could just kill her now you know?" Hawkfrost said and I looked at him "It would be easier for everybody this way."

I shook my head "That would be unfair." Hawkfrost didn't argue. I think I impressed him.

"I'll wake her up when I'm ready to face her." I explained.

"Well then, do you want to practice a bit before your big fight?" Lara suggested.

"Sure." I said. Lara and Hawkfrost already started walking away. I was the last behind the two of them so I stopped to glance at Icee one last time before leaving.

Even if I'll be able to fight her... Will I really be able to kill her as well?

During a short 10-minute break I noticed that darkness has swept over us. Lara and Hawkfrost both looked at me.

"It's time huh?" I said.

"If you...can't do it, call for help, we'll be right here." Lara said and Hawkfrost confirmed her statement with a quick nod.

"Thanks, I'll keep that in mind."

I picked up my sword and left them, aware of the fact that if I fuck it up,this is the last time I'll see them. I tried to ignore that and focused more on being determined to win.

I arrived to the opening. Icee still hung there, a few meters from where I stood.

"It's time for all villains to wake up." I said in a singing tone.

"Alarm clock, hmm I've never asked for one."

"Well here I am now."

"It's interesting though, I'm usually the first to visit you." Icee said. She was still hanging and she still didn't look at me.

"Well I think you're smart enough to know why I'm the first today." I said.

"Yes, yes I am." She said "But you shouldn't have come at a time like this."

"What are you on your period or something?"

"Haha you sure haven't lost your sense of humor." She laughed. I smiled.

She's no the same Supah, remember!

"To your unfortunate however, that's not the case." She jumped on the ground below her, now standing in front of me.

What could possibly be than a lady on her period...

"Do you know what happens to dragon villains after 6 months of their new life?" She said, looking at her claws. Not knowing the answer, I stayed quiet.

"I was supposed to reach my limit one month from now but thanks to your friends killing me, you moved that deadline and my transformation shall happen tonight."

"T-Transformation?" She chuckled evilly as the scales which originally stretched to her elbows now made their way up her arms. The ears, originally hidden behind her blonde hair now changed color and texture as they stretched. Her wings, her legs, tail ,everything grew and in less than a minute a giant, pale blue dragon stood in front of me.

If we thought Jerome was a big villain, boy were we wrong. This dragon was almost twice the size of Jerome and I bet her wings were even bigger. She opened her jaws and aimed them at where I stood. She could eat me whole without a problem.

Luckily, I jumped away just in time.  Her teeth sank into the earth below and she pulled them out along with some dirt around her mouth. I began running away from her and she started walking towards me,only to clumsily cross her front legs which resulted in her almost falling.

She just became a dragon and she's not used to her new body yet. I actually have a chance of winning.

I turned around and ran under her stomach creating my wound under her belly. It wasn't deadly but at least it affected her badly. When I came back from her front her head was already aiming at me. I took the risk and stood there, praying my plan would work. In the right moment, just as her jaws were right in front of me I stabbed  her chin. Blood poured from it and in a reflex she quickly lifted her head up. I held on to the handle of the sword being swept in the air as well.  She shook her head in an attempt to get me off. Pretty soon she accomplished her goal and sent me flying to a tree. I saw the danger and quickly responded by putting sword first so the blade sank itself into the wood first, giving me balance and leaving me unharmed.

But Icee was already in the fray again and sank her teeth into the wood right below me. This is when I truly realized the power she had now as she broke the trunk in half, holding the upper half with me still on like a dog with a  stick.

My plan was to weaken her and I was searching for her next weak spot. In frustration, her wings were slightly spread apart.

The wings! That's it!

I started slowly pulling the sword out and with that slowly losing my balance. In the right,-carefully taught-out moment I pulled the last few inches of it out and started falling to her back where I landed. She dropped the tree and angrily glared at me. I quickly moved to her wing and created a scar on the thin skin. She yowled in pain and tried to shake me off but her body was already too weak.

I knew this was the end for her and I felt sick in my gut for what I had to do next. I wounded her shoulders to weaken her enough for her to lie die and lower her head. She was still growling, she was still a fighter. I walked over to her head and raised my sword up high. Before doing so I looked down into one of her eyes. She closed them and completely gave in. But I guess every fighter reaches their limit one day. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.

Don't think, just do it.

When it was all over I opened my eyes to see blood running out of her deep wound on her head. I climbed down and sat next to her head, looking at her already-closed eyes. She opened them slowly and looked around. Her pupils were no longer thin, they were big and round.

"Where is Enderlox? Have you already killed him?" She asked so quietly it was barely more than a whisper.

"Yes, he is already with Toxic and Jerome." I said softly.

"Good.... At least I'll get to apologize myself." She closed her eyes again. I leaned on her muzzle, petting the scales on it.

"I have so much to say..." She whispered. I saw tears on the edge of her eyelids and rubbed them away.

"It's all okay, you don't have to say anything." I told her. She really didn't say anything after that and soon, her already slow breathing stopped. A bright heavenly light erupted from her skull. I looked up to see her miniature angel form. She smiled gratefully and I smiled as well. This time, I wasn't gonna fight the tears. She then disappeared into a new small star in the sky.
