He's gone. Chase is gone! Tanya killed him! I can't believe this is happening to him! We broke up! He doesn't even know that I still love him! I wake up, screaming and shrieking. I expect Chase to come running into my room, but he doesn't. That is when I really go crazy. I jump out of bed screaming and crying. I find myself in the living room. Everyone rushes to help me, but I don't see Chase anywhere. I start to panic. "Honey, are you okay," Daddy asks. I can't answer. I'm out of breath and still panicking. Everyone tries to calm me down, but there's only one person who can calm me down. Chase. And he's not here. He could possibly be dead.

  "Chase," I wail. "Chase!" I turn around and run into someone who immediately wraps their arms around me and starts running their fingers through my hair. I know that it's Chase. He is the only one who does that with my hair. I bury my face in his chest and hug him back tightly. "You were dead," I sob. "You were dead! Tanya killed you!"

  "It's okay," he says, softly against my hair. "I'm right here. It's okay." I just keep sobbing, "You were dead! You were dead!" He just keeps whispering words of comfort and running his fingers through my hair. I look up at him and he looks at me. There is dead silence as he gives me a soft, gentle butterfly kiss. It's not a literal kiss, but it's enough to calm me down. So we broke up. We can't really kiss, but we can give each other butterfly kisses. That's good enough for me. For now.
