My eyes flutter open to the sunlight shining through my window. I feel the warmth of Chase's arms around me and I smile. I nuzzle his chin and his eyes flutter open. He looks down at me and smiles. "Hey, Princess," he says, softly, brushing the hair out of my eyes. "Hi, Little Genius," I say, smiling as I rub his chin. We close our eyes and go back to sleep, but we are startled awake when we hear yelling and arguing. I groan and look up at Chase. "You wanna go see what's going on," I ask. He shakes his head, "Not really." "Me neither," I say.

  We close our eyes and try to go back to sleep, but are scared out of our minds when we hear Adam scream, "I WANT A PURPLE PONY!" His screaming is so loud that I jump out of Chase's arms and we end up falling off the bed and landing on opposite sides. "What in the world," I screech. "Are you okay," he asks. "I'm fine, but I don't think that I can go back to sleep," I reply. "Me neither," Chase says. I rub my eyes and slowly stand up. Chase leaves my room to go freshen up and I freshen up as well, all the while hearing yelling and arguing coming from the living room.

  "After freshening up, Chase and I walk into the living room holding hands to see Adam, Bree, Leo, Uncle Donny, Auntie Tasha, and Daddy Douglas, all standing up and arguing, but they all stop when they realize that Chase and I have arrived. "Well, if it isn't Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse," Bree says, sarcastically. "It's about time you two lovebirds woke up." I roll my eyes, "What's with all the yelling?" "Blame Tasha, it's all her fault," Uncle Donny says, pointing at Auntie Tasha. Auntie Tasha looks at him, clearly annoyed. "My sister is the one to blame," she says.

  I look at Tasha, surprised, "Your sister? Is she the one who captured me yesterday? Tanya?" "Yes," Auntie Tasha says, sadly. "Great," I say, frustrated. "So, first my birth father, and then, Tasha's sister! Even Douglas used to be evil, and he's my adoptive father!" Daddy shrugs, "Well, what can I say? It runs in the family."
