Chapter 5

Adam and I are currently setting up the movies in my living room while Chase and Leo are in the kitchen.

"Hey, why don't we play a game instead? We watch movies all the time." Chase asked while he and Leo walked in with the snacks.

"What game do you want to play?" Adam asked as he stood up from the floor.

"How about truth or dare? We haven't played that for a while." Chase continued. I wasn't sure about this. Chase smirked down at me.

"Do we really have to play? I was kind of looking forward to the movie." I said, motioning to the screen where the movie was all ready.

"Aww, come on, Bree. You're not scared to play a little game of truth or dare, are you? Because if you are, I guess-" Chase started.

"No, I'm not scared. I just think it's stupid that we have the movie ready, and now you want to play a game." I snapped back. That little smirk was still on his face, and I hated to admit it, but it was adorable.

"Okay, everyone sit in a circle. I'll go first." Leo said as we sat down. Somehow I ended up between Adam and Chase. Well this should be good.

"Adam, truth or dare?" Leo asked.

"Truth." Adam answered.

"Alright, have you... Ever kissed a girl on the first date?" Leo said with a smile. I turned to see Chase grinding his teeth indiscreetly. I had no idea this stupid game would turn out this way.

"We'll obviously." Adam answered turning to me and grabbing my hand. I smiled back. Chase just glared at us.

"Chase, truth or dare?" Adam asked.

"Truth." Chase answered with a smirk. He looked like he had a plan. I almost knew I would be the one he would ask next.

"Okay, what is the most embarrassing thing you've ever done?" Adam asked with a wide smile. I laughed, knowing he must have thought it was the smartest question to ask. To bad we had already heard the story thousands of times.

"Okay so I was waiting this table at the restaurant I was working at-" Leo cut him off.

"Yeah we know, you've only told us a hundred times. Move on, buddy." Leo said.

"Bree , truth or dare?" Chase asked as he turned to face me. I couldn't do truth, he'd ask all the questions I couldn't answer to his face.

"Dare." I said, almost regretting it. His expression turned from sly, to pure evil.

"I dare you to kiss me." Chase said in complete seriousness.

"I can't, I'm... dating Adam." I said as I turned my attention to Adam. I was suddenly extremely nervous that Adam would let me do it. I haven't kissed Chase since that day in the furniture store. We both agreed we would never talk about it again.

"It's okay, Bree. It's just a dare." Adam said as he motioned towards Chase. I sighed as I shuffled closer to Chase. He smirked at me as I settled by him. I slowly started moving towards him. We were so close when Chase closed the gap.

It felt amazing. I've liked him for so long now and I tried to pour all my feelings for him into the kiss. I wrapped my arms around his neck as he pulled me closer by my hips. I was basically in his lap now but the kiss continued. When we both couldn't hold our breathe anymore, we pulled away and I rested my forehead against his.

"Adam ever kissed you like that?" Chase whispered so only I could hear. I suddenly felt nervous all over again.

"Has he ever taken your breathe away the way I do?" Chase whispered, even lower now. I pulled away to see him smirking. Couldn't he just let the two of us have a moment without bringing my fake boyfriend into this?

"No actually, I haven't. Bree, could I talk to you for a second?" Adam asked standing up. I quickly jumped off Chase's lap and followed Adam to the hall. He shut the door then turned to me.

"I think it's time to fake breakup. It's working almost too well." Adam whispered with a smile. I smiled back at him.

"Alright if you want to break up, then let's just do it." I said a little louder so Chase and Leo could hear. Adam got the idea.

"Alright, you put this on yourself. Consider yourself dumped, Bree Henderson." Adam yelled with a smile. I smiled back.

"Well, I guess it's over." I said as I motioned for Adam to open the door back up. We walked back in to see Leo and Chase gaping at us. Well they didn't see that coming.

"Well, Leo. Are you ready to go?" Adam said in a calm voice. Leo nodded the stood up.

"Bye guys." Chase said as I shut the door. I turned to see Chase right behind me. He grabbed me by the hips then shoved me against the door. I placed my hands on his chest.

"You never answered my questions, Bree. Has Adam ever kissed you like that?" Chase whispered against my neck. He pulled me even closer to him so there was no room between us.

"No." I said quietly as he moved to be right in front of me.

"Good." Chase said before he leaned down to kiss me again. It was quick but it still left me breathless. I started to feel shaky but Chase held me up.

"Now, has Adam ever left you breathless like I have?" Chase asked with a smirk as he already knew the answer.

"No, Only you have." I sighed as he came closer yet again and pecked my lips. He pulled back and looked down at me.

"Why did you run back to your room yesterday morning?" Chase asked, this time with a serious tone to his voice. The difference with him asking now, he knew he would get the answers.

"Because you didn't have a shirt on and I couldn't take my eyes off of you." I answered quietly. I looked back up to see a slight smile on his face.

"What were you dreaming about while we were watching the movie?" He asked quietly. Alright, confession time.

"You were going to kiss me, right here." I answered, motioning to the place we were now, against the door.

"Now, was that so hard to tell me?" Chase teased with a smirk as he placed his lips back on mine. He pulled away and looked at me, I knew he had one more question to ask. So I beat him to it.

"What were you going to tell me the other day?" I asked quickly. He sighed and looked down at his feet before taking a deep breathe in.
