"Leo, what's going on? I heard you screaming from my room." I asked, running into the living quarters.

Or tried to.

The whole place was a disgusting mess. Dirty clothes covered the floor along with food that may or may not be expired and the room smelled like bad cheese or something worse.

Leo answered, "What's going on is that my roommates are slobs and now I have to clean up after their mess."

"I'll help." I offered.

"You will?"

I shrugged, "Yeah. I mean, that's what I would usually do right? Help my best friend."

Leo smiled at me and said, "The mop's in the closet right down the left side."

"Listen up, roomies." Leo called out, storming out into the main area as I followed after exhausted. We spent at least well over a few hours scrubbing that room clean from floor to ceiling and might I just say...

...I hated every second of it.

Leo continued, "You've got another person living with you now. You need to respect that. Mia and I have been scrubbing our room for the past six hours. I've got pruney fingers!"

Chase shrugged, "Why didn't you just wear gloves?"

Leo answered, "I did. I don't care which one of you is making the mess. Just stop."

Throwing down our cleaning supplies, Leo walked away as I followed after trying to look the boys in the eye.

I had no idea why.

I screamed.

And loudly.

Why you ask?

Because the second Leo and I returned back to his living quarters, the room was a mess.

Again!

And the two suspects were standing in the middle of it all.

"What have you done?!" Leo exclaimed as we carefully made our way inside.

Adam looked confused, "What are you talking about?"

Chase shrugged, "Yeah. We haven't done anything."

"We had a feeling you might say that," I began as Leo finished, "Which is why we have this."

Raising up a gray tablet, Leo said, "That's right, savages. Security footage. Let's take a look."

Adam shrugged nonchalantly, "Put anything on a screen, I'll watch it."

As we all seated ourselves on the couch, I made sure not to sit on anything moving.

Once Leo finally found the footage, I gasped, "Bree?!"

I watched disgusted as she spilled chocolate all over a cute shirt sitting on a pile of food and clothes. As Leo forwarded the footage, Bree began to cut her nails while eating marshmallows.

"Now that's a lady." Chase comments.

In the video, Bree awed the huge toenail she cut, "Oh, that's a big one. She's a keeper."

Leo shrieked, "She's an animal!"

Adam shook his head and pointed at the moving towel, "No, that's an animal."

I screamed and lifted my feet on the couch.

"Oh, look, he grew."

And that's when I temporarily blacked out.

Not fainted but blacked out.

"Are you done yet?" Bree asked as she glared down a food covered Leo.

"I could go all night." He glared.

Turning around, I ran my hand through my hair and asked myself, "This was normal for me?"
