In celebration of Secretly Super's one year anniversary, I decided to post this chapter up. I hope you like it.

"Hey princess, wake up." I heard someone whisper, a furry thing making contact with the side of my face. I whined slightly, burying my face in my surprisingly very comfortable pillow.

"Will you just go away." I heard someone hiss as my body moved closer to my pillow.

The other voice scoffed and resorted, "Then will you quit staring at her. It's getting weird."

Opening my eyes slightly, I told Salem, "Go away Salem."

"Fine but I'm only leaving because Mia told me to. Not because of your glare lover boy." I heard Salem say before hopping out of my bed and somewhere into the academy.

Looking up at Chase I greeted, "Hey."

"Hey." He replied, kissing my forehead.

Biting my lip, I told him, "You missed."

Pressing his lips to mine, I smiled and kissed back.

Once we separated, he mumbled, "I miss this."

"Me too."

"Hey Mia!" I heard Bree greet me through the door as we froze, "Do you know where Chase is? I didn't see him in his capsule."

I blushed but answered, "N-no. No, I don't know where he is. What makes you think I know where he is?"

Bree responded, "No reason. Let me know if you find him."

"I will."

Once she walked away from my door, I looked back at Chase who had his eyes set on the door as he asked me, "Mia what are we?"

I shrugged, "I don't know. You tell me. You are the one who kissed me after all."

Returning his gaze back to me, he smiled, "Yeah, I am."

This time it was I who started our tounge battle and in the end I won. After that we just started giving each other pecks.

"You know," I began as he kissed my lips again, "I don't really," he kissed me again, "let just any guy," he kissed me again, "kiss me like that."

Chase stopped and I let out a wine of annoyance as he asked, "Not even Adam?"

Rolling my eyes, I told him while sitting up, "Really Chase. Do you really need to bring that up?"

He sat up as well, "Well he did kiss you didn't he?"

"No," I lied, "Well yes- wait how did you know that?"

He flushed red but ignored my question, "That's not the point. The point is-"

"That your jealous?"

Chase opened his mouth to decline but I cut him off by pressing my lips to his again. Shutting him up.

I could get use to this.

"Mornin' Mia-wait. Why do you have a purple make on your neck?" Douglas asked me when he found me walking towards the common area.

Panicked, I pulled out my compact mirror and saw something I wasn't expecting.

A hickey.

Slamming the contact closed, I began trying to cover that part of my neck with my hair as Douglas watched me amused.

"Was it Chase?" Douglas asked, laughing.

I growled, "Shut up."

"You know," Douglas said, "I didn't know you and Chase were a thing."

"We're not."

He raised an eyebrow at me, "Oh... Was it Adam?"

I shook my head furiously, "No!"

"How about-"

"If you bring up Leo's name, I will end you."

"Got it," Douglas said, as we walked through the training room till he yelled excitedly, "Odis?"

A small black and brown dog tilted it's head to face Douglas and suddenly leaped into Douglas' awaiting arms. Douglas smiled, "That's my dog. He was a stray that I took in and nursed back to health back when Krane and I bought our first evil lair together. Actually, it was more of an evil townhouse."

Bree rolled her eyes and asked us, "How were we ever afraid of you?"

Ignoring her, Douglas continued, "This guy got me through some pretty rough times."

"Well, it's nice to hear that you had someone to comfort you while you were plotting to kill us." Leo told us sarcastically.

"Odis ran away because Krane terrified him. He must have smelled my sent of Adam and followed him back here."

"Are you sure it's the same dog?" Bree asked.

Douglas nodded, "Absolutely, watch this. Odis sit." Odis sat, "Look left," He looked left, "Look right," looks right, "Speak." That's when the dog barked loudly, making me smile. He was adorable and trained? I want him.

Adam was amazed, "Woah, I can't even do all that."

Douglas smirked and said, "I'll tell you another secret. Odis has super strength."

Is he serious?

Chase raised an eyebrow at them and clarified, "Wait. You gave bionics to an animal."

"He was injured and I did it to save his life."

"Wow, I can't believe you wasted bionics on a dog."

"I wouldn't say wasted," Douglas said before telling Odis, "Do your thing Odis."

In less than a second, Odis leaped onto Chase's stomach and pushed him, sending Chase tumbling all the way across the room and into the training area.

I visibly paled and ran after him, not before sending a death glare towards Douglas' direction.

"Stop being so stubborn." I told Chase as I lead him, well more like carried him to the kitchen.

He rolled his eyes, "Mia, I'm fine. I'm pretty sure I can walk on my own-" Chase hissed the second his right foot made contact with the floor.

It was my turn to roll my eyes, "Sure you are. Chase, your hurt. Let me just check it out alright."

Looking up at him, I gave him my best pleading face and soon he gave in and mumbled about me being the stubborn one.

Once we arrived into my bedroom, I helped him onto my bed and got his shoe off. Chase winced as I did so but I didn't really notice. Using that one trick my mother taught me last time I visited, I lifted my hand over his sock and soon my hand began glowing lightly.

After a few minutes, Chase began rolling his foot around to test it out. He smiled at me as I settled myself besides him.

"You healed it. How did you do that?" Chase asked me. Shrugging, I responded, "Oh you know. New ability and all."

We stared at each other silently before I asked him amused, "You want to kiss me again don't you?"

"You have no Idea." He responded before he pressed his lips to mine just when I wrapped my arms around him. I began to lean down onto the bed, Chase hovering over till we both fell off the bed and I ended up somewhat straddling him.

Chase smirked, "You know, I like this position better."

"Shut up." I said before leaning down to kiss him again.

It wasn't long lasting because we both had to stop since we couldn't help but smile.

"Adam are you reading a book?" Chase asked Adam as we arrived in the common area to see Adam. Reading might I add.

Adam responded scoffing, "No, I'm pretending to read a book."

"Why?" I asked him curiously before Chase sneezed harshly.

He became annoyed, "Why am I still sneezing?"

"Because you refuse to live in a bubble." Adam said obviously.

Chase grew even more annoyed but didn't question it as he led me out of the room. A moment later, Chase hopped out from behind the wall and said victoriously as Adam cuddled with Odis, "Aha! I knew it. My allergies are worse than ever. You Kept Odis."

Adam shook his head, grabbed a nearby blanket and said, "No, that's not Odis." He whispered, "Stand Odis." before covering him in a blanket and continued, "This is...our long lost cousin Bolgia from the old country where shaving is illegal."

Raising my eyebrow at the two, I told them, "Well, you guys clearly have your own thing going so I'll just go."

Once I was out of the common area, my phone beeped, revealing a text from Kadie.

'Emergency.'

I visibly paled but placed the phone up to my ear once I dialed her number. It took a minute till she answered.

I greeted her worriedly, "Kadie, what's going on? What's the emergency?"

She responded with a shaky voice, "Their coming."

"Who?"

"You know who."

Placing the phone down, I stared at it before it fried in my hands.

I have to get out of here.

Before they come.

"What the?" I mumbled wide eyed as I saw Chase covered in peanut butter just as Odis got caught in the net.

Once Chase looked over at me, he smiled sheepishly and greeted, "Oh hey Mia."

"Do I want to know?" I asked, raising my eyebrow.

He shook his head just as Douglas ran in, "Good idea with the net Chase."

"Thanks, Mr. Davenport installed it in case-"

"Don't want to hear it."

Rude.

Pressing the chip remover to the dog's neck, I winced as a sucking sound made its way to my ears.

Douglas side as he handed the chip remover to Chase and told us, "There, got his chip."

When Odis began licking Douglas' face, everyone became relieved.

"Yeah, Odis is back!" Cheered Douglas happily, "Hey boy."

A few minutes lated, Adam ran in with a ball in his mouth. Placing it down, he said, "oh, I'm exhausted. What's that smell?"

When Adam turned his head around, he saw Chase and exclaimed happily, "Oooh! Peanut butter!"

I shut my eyes the second Adam tackled Chase and began licking his shoulder. Chase tried telling him to stop but in the end, Adam continued to do so. Odis had also joined in.

Gross.

"You look like a sandwich barfed you out." I told Chase smirking as he was about to step into his capsule. He had taken off his button up shirt and now just had that peanut butter covered black shirt and pants. The reason he took off his button up shirt was because Adam and Odis were licking it a while ago.

Gross.

Suddenly Chase had a devious smile cross his face and soon, he was hugging me from behind as I tried to run from him. I began squealing and giggling like some schoolgirl as Chase laughed at how I was now covered in peanut butter.

I tried getting him to let go but instead he turned me around to face him. In less than a second, Chase's lips were on mine and I closed my eyes blissfully.

"What the-?"

Our eyes popped open and we turned our heads to see Leo standing there with a shocked expression written across his face.

We were caught.

"Do you guys want to explain what's going on or am I just going to blackmail you two to do so?" Leo asked, crossing his arms.

We looked back at each other before I answered Leo, "I don't know actually."

"It just happened." Chase continued as he released me from my peanut butter prison.

Leo sighed. He knew this was gonna be complicated. I could see it.

After a minute, Leo told us, "Since this is obviously new, I suggest you not tell anyone until you've figured out whatever this is. Just remember not to kiss like that in front of me ever again."

"So what your saying is, "I began, "that you think Chase and I should..."

Chase finished, "..keep this quiet until later."

I looked up at him and asked, "We can do that, right?"

He nodded as he entwined our hands together, "Yeah, I think we can."

Leo sighed again, but relieved, "Good cause I don't think we can take more of your relationship problems until you guys do. We already got enough as it is."

Once again, Leo was right. Right now, it's just Chase and I. Not Adam, Bree, or Leo's predicament.

It was ours.
