Summary of the drama according to Google::
Just when Sun-woo thought everything around her is as perfect as it can be, she finds out that her husband and her friend had secretly been deceiving her all along.

I haven't actually watched the drama but have watched some clips of it.

According to the summary given by you, I find it kinda same, so I did this cover.

What I thought while making this cover is that the girl, Sun-woo (as June Haymer) had many problems in her life; she was in a miserable state until She met a boy. She fell in love with him and married him with love. He promised to hold her hand in every turn of life, and she believed him blindly.

He kept the promise for a few years but after that, it started going downhill. She found herself in that miserable state again. She wanted him to love her but something was stopping it from happening. And, this time, it's a boy; the same boy whom she loved the most, the same boy who would light up her world with a slight smile, the same boy with whom she made love, is now making love with someone else behind her back.

So, it's like he held her hand, just to leave her in a losing game.
