I woke up weirdly early I looked at the time

5:47

'Why did I wake up?'

I got out of bed and went downstairs, I heard a knock at the door.

"Coming~"

I walked to the door and opened it but didn't see anyone I was about to step out when I saw something on the doorstep.

"Oh my gosh!"

I picked it up and read the to tag

'To: y/n'

"Huh? It doesn't say who it's from?"

I brought it inside; closing the door behind me.

I set it down on the table and thought

'Should I really open this? It doesn't say who it's from. But I don't think it will be anything bad...'

"Oh well. I've live a good...reincarnated life."

I opened it and nothing happened but inside was a lot of nice things.

A small box filled with my favorite candy bar

Four small bottles of my favorite drink

A candle that was my favorite scent

A small box of my favorite cookies (or other small dessert)

Then my favorite chips

And lastly a  pair of earrings

"Woah..."

It was such a wonderful gift. I just wish I knew who left it.

"Good morning y/n. Oh what's all this?"

Obanai asked as he came over to look inside the box

"I found this box in front of the door and it was addressed to me. All this stuff was in it when I opened it. It didn't have a name though. But look at this stuff! I don't know how but they got my favorite things! And these pairs of earring are kinda cute. I think I'll wear them out today."

"What you doing today?"

"I'm going to go to an arcade with akaza. He invited after he dropped me off last night."

"I thought you were with douma last night?"

"I was but his car broke down and akaza was passing by and gave me a ride home after douma got a taxi."

"Oh. I forgot to ask, how was it with douma last night?"

I sighed and rolled my eyes

"The same way it is anytime I'm with douma. Him being flirtatious as ever, touchy, non stop talking. I mean he was nice to be with, to some extent. The meteor shower was beautiful though."

I finished

"I'm...glad you had fun."

He said

"I'll start making breakfast."

He said going into the kitchen. I followed him

"We'll since we're both awake I'll help! Let me just put this stuff somewhere."

I grabbed the box and sat it down on my bed then came back down to help Obanai make breakfast.

No Ones POV:

You and Obanai had just finished breakfast and were hanging out on the couch.

You two were chatting, while Kaburamaru was sleeping around your neck.

You got an text from akaza asking when you wanted to meet up, it was currently 10:25 so you said you wanted to meet up around 1. He agreed to that time, then you set a reminder at 12:10 to get ready to meet up with akaza.

The rest of the time you just spent with Obanai watching movies and talking about different things.

He was awfully snuggly you didn't mind too much though. You thought it was cute.

After awhile your reminder went off and then you left to start getting ready to hangout with akaza.

You just wore some casual clothes since you guys were just meeting at the arcade.

When you were walking towards the door you got a text

Basketball head 🏀: hey I'm outside

You look at it confused you thought you two were meeting up.

You quickly go outside and see him on the bottom level on his bike.

You go down the elevator and meet up with him outside.

"I thought we'd be meeting up at the arcade?"

"We'll I was driving by thought I should just pick you up."

"Oh that makes sense! You got an extra helmet?"

"Yup. Right here."

He handed you a helmet. You quickly clip it on and get onto the bike.

"Alright let's get going."

He said then started driving to the arcade

We arrived to the arcade and as usual we played a couple of games. Lady Luck must of been smiling down on me because I was winning a lot of them.

"It's rather I'm remembering things wrong or you are better at these games then last time we came here."

"Looks like I'm just lucky today."

"Yeah yeah."

Akaza then asked if I was hungry I was getting a bit hungry so I said "yeah" then he suggested we go to a restaurant nearby and I agreed.

we chatted while eating some food. He told some stories of the martial art tournaments he used to compete in.

While eating I got a phone call

"Hold on a moment akaza."

I picked it up

"Hello?"

'Hello y/n!'

It was rui's mother

"Oh hey!"

'I have a favor to ask...'

"Oh uh sure what is it?"

'Do you think later tonight around 7 you could watch rui?'

"Um. I'm going to have to check with my roommate but I'm sure it will be fine."

'Okay. Can he also spend the night, we might be out for awhile.'

"Sure. I'll text you when I have confirmation."

'Okay bye!'

"Bye."

I quickly text Obanai

"Who was that?"

Akaza asked as I texted Obanai

"Oh it's a mother of a kid I watch sometimes."

"What she call you for?"

"She asked if I could watch him tonight. But I gotta ask Obanai."

"Why do you gotta ask him?"

"He's my roommate."

After a few moments Obanai texted back that it was okay. Then I texted rui's mother it was okay

I set my phone down

"Okay can you tell the rest of the story you were telling me?"

"Right! So as I was saying"

The rest of the day went by in a flash of just you and akaza just hanging out having a few laughs

But an incident that happen was that while walking around a more quiet area of the city. You and akaza were surrounded up by some gangsters who had a bone to pick with akaza.

"Hey let's leave this for another time. I'm currently hanging out with a friend of mine."

One guy came up from behind and grabbed you

"Looks like the invincible akaza got himself a little lady friend! And a pretty one too!"

"Hey let me go!"

Akaza grabbed you away from him and punch the guy

"Don't touch her!"

He turn to the rest of the group

"Get out of our way. I'd rather not do this right now. But if I have to. I will."

The group was scared but they weren't backing down

"Like w-were scared of y-you!"

"Y/n."

"Yeah?"

"You remember where my bike is?"

"Yes."

He gave you the keys

"Run to it. I'll catch up with you."

"But akaza-"

"Just run!"

You then ran back to where his bike was and waited for him anxiously

He came back and he looked completely fine

"You okay akaza?"

"Yeah I'm fine."

He patted your head

"Sorry, I didn't mean to worry you."

"It's fine. I'm just glad your okay."

He gave you a soft smile with a small blush.

"It's getting late. How about I get you back home?"

"Yeah."

You both got on the bike and he dropped you off back home.

You and Obanai were making dinner when you heard a knock.

"Oh that must be rui."

You open the door and it was in fact rui and his mother.

She handed you rui

"Thanks again y/n! Rui behave for y/n!"

He didn't say anything he just laid his head on your shoulder.

"I'll try to finish it up as fast I can. But he'll probably end up spending the night."

"It's okay. I enjoy rui's company!"

"Thanks again y/n!"

She yelled as she walked away.

You closed the door

"Okay. Rui do you perhaps want to watch a show?"

"Yes please."

You put on a show you thought he would enjoy

"Okay. So I have to help my roommate finish dinner. I'll be back in a bit."

You quickly walk off to the kitchen and continued to help Obanai make dinner.

Soon you both finish and you got rui.

You noticed rui's nervousness towards Obanai

"Rui this is my roommate Obanai iguro."

Rui gave a shy wave

You set him up a plate of food and then got yourself a plate. Obanai said he'd eat later cause he doesn't want to reveal his scar in front of rui

After you and rui finish he asks you to watch TV with him. You told him you want to help Obanai do the dishes but Obanai quickly stepped in and said it's fine and you can watch TV with rui.

You both sat down and started watching some TV.

Later you saw rui yawned

"You getting tired?"

He nodded his head while rubbing his eyes which was so adorable.

You picked him up put him down in your bed. You already decided before he arrived you'd sleep on the couch.

"Big sis."

He said as you were about to leave

"Yeah rui?"

"Can you sleep with me? I sometimes have nightmares."

You couldn't deny him when he gave you those puppy dog eyes.

You got into bed with him and he snuggled up close to your chest

"Big sis. Can you do one more thing for me?"

"Sure."

"Can you sing me a lullaby?"

"I'll try but I'm not the best singer."

You smiled and pulled the cover up more. Then kissed his forehead

I was currently leaning on the door for support. Hearing her sing made me weak

'Did I just hear an angel signing?'

I couldn't believe I got to experience her singing.

I quickly went to my room and got into my bed. Every part of my body was tingling with euphoria.

I couldn't get that sweet singing voice out of my head. But I didn't mind to much. How could I? I'll remember it until the day I day.

"Y/n...your so amazing. In every...possible...way."

I said to myself as I was falling asleep

In a alleyway a group of already beat of gangsters were being brutally killed by three individuals. Wearing black mask, dark hoodies, gloves, and one wearing sunglasses.

After they finished they all looked at eachother

"I appreciate the help. But I could've Handel this by myself. Now I don't know why you two were going after these guys but it better not involve my sweetheart!"

Said a feminine voice looking at them with her pointer finger on the tip of the blade

"It's none your business."

A angry male voice replied

"Also is your 'sweetheart' y/n?"

He asked ready to kill if she said yes

"And what if they are?"

She asked glaring daggers at the male

"Then we're going to have a problem. Cause they're MY LOVE!"

The two were ready to fight until the one with sunglasses spoke up

"I wouldn't try fighting each other right now."

He said leaning against the wall

"Somebody has definitely called the police by now. I watched you both, you both are good fighters. If you all of us fought each other. All of us or maybe even one of us would be caught by the cops before we'd be able to escape. So for now let's save this for another time."

He then looked at them both

"Also watch it. Y/n is my goddess. If I find out who either of you are. I won't hesitate, to end your lives."

"Yeah right."

Said the male voice with sarcasm

"You two won't know what will hit you."

Said the feminine voice with venom.
