Nya had been in class, doing okay now. Though she was worried for her brother, assuming that he just lost his fiancée. When she was writing notes, she noticed that James her new friend that had been helping her was on the door standing there making faces. She rolls her eyes and smiled covering her whole face with her hand.

Harumi noticed that she had been like this for three whole weeks. Smiling at something she didn't understand what was her friend smiling about.

She always thought that her friend was remembering funny jokes from Skylor. But it wasn't like Nya.

So this time, she decided asking what was happening to her.

The school bell rings meaning it was the end of the day. When Nya was walking out of the school gate. Harumi was running up to her.

"Nya! Wait Up!" Harumi called making Nya stop in her tracks and so did the Snow haired princess. The Guards ran up close to Harumi worriedly.

"Princess please!"

"Stay back I have to talk with my Friend in private." Harumi explained. Nya rose one of her eyebrows.

"Is everything Okay Haru?" Nya asked worriedly. Harumi rolled her eyes.

"Nya, are you sure you've been doing fine? You've been acting weird lately..." She frowned. Nya smiled and started laughing.

"What? Did i say something funny?" Harumi asked. Nya looked at her.

"I'm perfectly fine.." Nya replied with a straight face. Harumi frowned yet again and placed a hand on her left shoulder.

"Look, if you're not feeling good you can always talk to me about Skylor being gone.. I don't want you to be distant. Please don't isolate yourself." She said worriedly. Nya smiled.

"Harumi I'm doing fine now.. I think you're right. I'm in denial. But right now,  Skylor wants me to move on, believe me or not she gave me a dream yesterday to Suck it up that she's gone and I have to deal with it. Of course I cried, just this morning Kai had been doing good. He also told me that he had dreamt of Skylor too. Though he's still mourning that Skylor told her that she's still there but not physically anymore.." Nya explained.

"And besides, James had been helping me to cheer up!" She added.

Harumi's eyes widened.

"J-James?" She stammered. Nya nodded cheerfully.

"Uhh.. If you don't mind me asking.. How old is he?" Harumi asked.

"He's almost at the same age with Kai, though he's younger by one year! Why?"

"Nineteen?"

"Yup! Speaking of.. I gotta Go! He's waiting for me! Bye Haru." Nya waved goodbye, as for Harumi. She was frozen in her place.

"Bye.."

"NYAAAA can we play?" James whispered in her ear bothering her while doing her homework.

"After this freak. We'll play mario kart later." She declared. James smiled and sat on her bed looking at the walls of her room.

"You really do love red like your brother don't you?" James chuckled. Laying down on her bed. Nya laughed.

"Nope. Red is just a color I like. But, I love the color blue." She explained. James eyes averted to Nya whom was looking at her.

"Then why is your room red?" He asked.

"Moms color of choice for me. Assuming that she wants to think that Kai and I are twins even though I'm three years younger than that Porcupine." She laughed. James laughed along with her.

Just then.. It soon died down. Nya's stomach felt crazy butterflies while for James.. He looked away from her blushing furiously.

James decided to talk.

"Hey Nya.. I have to tell you something really really important." James rises from Nya's bed and stretched his arms walking up to her.

"Okay what is it?" Nya smiled.

"It's been three weeks now.. Can I ask you a favor?" He asked genuinely.

"Okay whatever it is." Nya laughed. Looking back at her homework.

"Can I hug you?" He blurted. Nya stopped typing and immediately her face was smoking.

"W-wha-what!?" Confused she looked at her back where James was. He was also blushing furiously too.

"ImeanI-ifyoud-don'twanttoitsokaybut--"

"Whatever.. It's just a hug." Nya smiled. James eyes widened.

"Wait r-really!?" His eyes gleamed happily like a child.

"Dork!" Nya laughed standing from her chair and opened her arms wide for him. James ran to her and hugged her tight.

A few minutes had passed it was awkward for the two of them.. But Nya decided to broke the silence.

"So.. Anything else?" She asked.

"Can we visit Sel's brother this Saturday? I heard it's his birthday." James explained happily. Nya rose one of her eyebrows.

"Y-you mean Jay?" Her face had fallen. James shrieked as then Nya covered up herself and forced a laugh that was almost convincing.

"Why so interested?" She asked.

"Are you gay?" Nya said out of the blue. Making James laughed.

"Heck no!"

This both made the two teens laugh. After that the Grandfather clock in Nya's room had rung because it was already midnight. She yawned tirelessly and walked to bed.

"Aissh.. Go to sleep, I have to go home." James chuckled as she rested her head on the desk sleepily.

"I'm sleeping here.. Too lazy.." She said slowly drifting off. But, James did not let that happen.

"I ain't letting that happen to you missy." He carried her up bridal style and tucked her in. Nya was asleep in her arms. He turned off the lamp on her bed side and kissed her forehead and had gone outside of the mansion.

He looked at the window from Nya's room and smiled.

"Please give me more time.."
