Rookie Officer Jasper Kleets was ready to call it a day , no like quit even !

He sits down on the porch of his ex girlfriend Didi who won't give him make up sex since they broke up over a month ago for taking the academy course to being a cop .
She rewarded him by getting pregnant with his brothers kid .
They stay friends .

He's fiddling outside her apt with a old ham string radio she found at a yard sale over the weekend .

He just about gets done fixing it to perfection when he witness a few guys running down the street packing heat meaning loaded guns !

" Get back here Randy !
I am going to catch up to you if it's the last thing I do ! "
Says Guy 1

Jasper gets the guy to calm down ..

" What's going on why are you and your friends running around with guns after that twerp ?! " he demands

Guy 1 is taken by surprise ..
" What are you a cop or something ?! "
he demands
" Yes , Rookie Officer Jasper I want to help now fess up what's the situation ?! "
he demands back .
