Episode 2 / Part 2 of 3

A young rookie on the police force is driving around the downtown square when he notices a little twelve year old girl crying .

Rookie :

Are you ok ?

I am rookie Melvin Sparks , you can trust me I am a police officer training in the academy

Little Girl :

My name is Jilly , I was crying because my mommy isn't back from the store over there !

* Melvin felt his heart beat a little faster concerned as they just look at the dark silhouette of where Jilly is pointing .

He prays he's not going to see what he thinks .

He takes the little girl to the malt shoppe to enjoy a nice lunch , as he proceeds in the direction where that girls mom left to.

He grabs his walkie talkie reporting in and requesting back up ..

He approaches the dark alley way closer as he runs like a athlete on the track to aid a woman lying uncouncious.

He examines the area while calling 911..

The woman is beautiful blonde , blue eyes and seems to have been attacked as the bruise on her right face indicates a struggle along with a bloody lip !

Her clothes are bit shuffled and her legs are left with bruises too .

He stays vigil by her side as the ambulance arrives no sooner than ten minutes !

An hour later he checks on the patient at the local hospital .

She's awake and smiles with tears streaming down her face !

Woman :

You saved my life !

Melvin :

I am rookie Melvin Sparks &

Its my duty , and I am glad to see you are ok .

Your daughters doing great she's coloring at the orphanage just few blocks from here .

My friend Raina is just looking over her till you get better .

Are you ready to tell me what happened?

Woman :

My name's Jolene

I had just picked up my daughter from the private school she attends .

We were going to head home , but I saw few menacing men lurking.

I had no choice I told my precious angel to stay close by so I could grab our dinner at the corner where I was attacked !

I was soo worried and here we are !
