Project L.A.B. A growing U.S. project aspiring to execute a task most deemed impossible. Surely if one could clone a sheep, man very well could re-animate a deceased being? It was a step further to a brilliant future. A step for man towards immortality.

Was it selfish? Were the terrible procedures each white coated man kept behind his lips really worth what was to come? It was either work for the cause, or be shot attempting to free yourself from the evil that each participated in behind concrete walls. You gave your life to studying the dead, sealing it with paper and pen, and after years of unceasing work and many casualties... It was finally accomplished. And they were joyous, and they were remorseful, and they were prideful, and they were free. A small child, barely 5 years of age, had been brought back after being pronounced dead for over a year. Though now that this poor child was alive, their second life didn't seem to matter all that much.

Dr. J. Auston, founder of the company and the project in itself, announced that once more testing was completed, he would find a brilliant new way to bring every deceased being back to their animated glory. And with that new animation, real humans and anthros alike would not ever have to worry about fighting their own wars again. Since robots and technology still couldn't fight what humans could, why not enslave the undead to go through with it for them? 

Controversy spread like wildfire. Riots, large petitions, and movements began to erupt all around the world. Was this ethical to do such a thing? Clearly not, but there was no stopping this man. He'd make them all see. He'd make his wife proud.

And as for the undead creature? 

.....they just made a new best friend.
