I don't know why it's so hard for me to talk to people

I think I upset my girlfriend this morning because woludnt tell her what was bothering me

I don't know it's just hard for me it should be a simple thing all you gotta do is talk!

I don't understand why I can't do that

Honestly I'm just used to not talking about my feelings anymore ..i play good pokerfaces now
