Diksha was about to slap Riya when a strong hand stopped her.
"Oh hello who are you to stop me!" she roared
"Excuse me Ms Saxena! Why are you accusing her? That too without evidence?"
"She was the last one here! Everything was fine before she came!"
"I was with her the whole time! She didn't do a thing!"
"Wow! You spent the whole time with her !" cried Diksha. She then turns to Riya. "I never saw a characterless girl like you who spent the night with a boy! That too unmarried!"
"Diksha stay in your limits! First we have a problem and instead of solving you are adding fuel! Now does anyone have a solution to this!" scolded Maddy
"We'll just postpone it! I'll get my designers to fix it"
"We can't! The major fashion designer Ms Malhotra is coming today!".
"She's already here" says Ms Malhotra. She was a women of 50 age who looked prim and proper.
"What is this Diksha? I expected more from you! You have disappointed me! I will not be signing a contract from you!"
"Ma'am please!" She cried
Riya smirked as Ms Malhotra left! She knew that Step 1 of her plan was accomplished. Diksha was standing there crying while Maddy tried to console
Her. "Diksha I know that there has been stress for you so why don't you go on a break for a bit naa?"
"Shut up Maddy! First you take that characterless girl side and then your bloody nep.. oops your bloody adopted nephew stops me from giving her a lesson!"
Ali became teary hearing this. He remembered his past and how he became adopted.

Maddy then turned to Riya and Ali who were in tears. She both gave them a warm hug and apologize on behalf of Diksha.

"Please forgive me on behalf of me" she pleaded holding her hand together. Riya shook her head violently and held her hands.

"Don't apologize Maddy B. It's not your fault. It just sad that there are people like Diksha who just accuse people without knowing them properly. It's probably just a family problem".

"She's right. Maddy B. You know what Bebe said. To never judge a book by its cover. Take Shweta maa for example. When she married papa, Bebe was sure that she was going to be a dayan but she's not much of a dayaan that Bebe thought she was going to be right?".

"Chup kar pagal! Do you know who are you even talking about! Badmaash".

"Just don't tell her please naa?" he requested.

"Ok I won't. But tell me honestly, are you upset when Diksha called you adopted".

Ali face grew serious. "Bua you know that you can't change the truth. The truth is as it is".

"Ali..."

"Bua we must go. Your ladla Tillu is fighting against Makeup ki Dukaan sister".

He and Riya then left leaving Maddy there. "Oh beta.. I know how you keep remembering your past. I just hope that you find your love and best friend".

In the car was silent. Ali was silently wiping his tears while Riya was silently staring at him. "Why do I feel a connection with him? Like everyday this guys surprises me?" she thought. They then reached the orphanage where a heated basketball match was occurring.

Nanu had chucked the ball and Avni grabbed it nearly knocking Neil in the process. She dribbled the ball past him and shot a score. She did a mini fist pump while he looked lovingly at her cuteness.

"Neil! What are you doing?!" he thought. "Why are you getting distracted".

He quickly grabbed the ball and started dribbling while she kept trying to guard him. She then knocked him down and grabbed the ball.

"Two can play this game" he thought . "Your shoelaces" he cried. Avni then instantly gave him the ball and tied her shoelaces. It was only after tying her laces, she what happened.

"Shit" she murmured as she saw Neil smiling sheepishly and smirking putting the ball into the net. She then scowled and ran towards him as he had the ball. He then bumped into her making her fall on him. As they fell on each other, they kept staring at each other. He loved staring in her eyes as they were a hidden box of treasures that held so much but wasn't sure.

Avni meanwhile saw those hazel chocolatey orbs. She could see herself drowning in those eyes but refrained herself. She got up but her necklace got stuck on his necklace. Neil grew curious bout the neck but before he could ask, she picked the ball from him and dribbled past him and shot the ball giving him a smug look while he smiled back as he knew he could lose to make her smile.

"For the first you smiled Ananya. I don't know why but when I see you smile, kuch kuch hota hai".

As Avni was talking towards the kids, she tripped over a big rock and badly skinned her knee.

"Ananya!" cried everyone. Neil quickly ran to her and picked her up bridal style and dropped her on the chair. He then did the first aid while Nanu and Nanno looked them lovingly.

"Babes are you ok?" asked Riya worriedly. Avni nodded and she limped to the car with the help of Riya not before saying goodbye to the kids.

"Thank you beta. For taking care of my granddaughters.Spending the night so they don't feel alone and aiding them " said Nanu to Ali and Neil.

"No need to say thanks. If it was someone else we would have done this for them as well".

As Nanu left, Neil nudged Ali teasingly. "Kya baat hai Ali. You never told me you spend the night that too with a girl".

"Kya Neil! It was nothing. But I'm glad I did because of what happened today" he said, his face turning serious.

"What happen!"

"Come to the cafe and I will tell you over a besan ladoo and Poha. Our comfort food".

After saying goodbye to the kids, Neil and Ali went to the cafe where Ali made their food. He then told Neil what happened and how Diksha was blaming Riya and how she called him adopted. Neil fumed hearing this. He slammed his fist on the table in anger.

"Ali! I can't believe this. You know that whatever Ms. Saxena said is not true right?"

"Neil, the truth is the truth. No one including me and you can change the fact right? I am adopted Muslim person and that is the truth. It is true that my parents died in an accident when I was 3 and it is true that the Khanna family adopted me, that is after an accident. Otherwise I wouldn't have gotten adopted" he says tearfully, crying.

"Oh just shut up Ali! Just shut up! So what if we adopted. We should just be glad that dad took you in after he accidentally hit you. You know Ali not a lot of people would take the blame"

"Of course I know that Neil! That's why I'm so thankful towards you guys and your family. I always thank Ganpati Bapa every day. I owe your family"

"Don't you dare say that you owe my family"

"I'm sorry Neil. It's just that when I heard Diksha say adopted, my whole childhood came in front of me. Lately I feel that my lady don and my makeup ki dukaan is around me. I miss them".

"I understand bro. I feel a connection with Ms. Ajooba too. Like the necklace that got caught with mine. I saw it for a mini second but I felt like I saw it somewhere else".

"Anyway let's go home or mom will haves a hearts attacks"

At the Khanna Mansion, Shweta was serving food while Maddy was looking thoughtfully.

"Kya hua puttar?" Bebe asked.

"Oh nothings" said Shweta.

"Not you Madam Madonna! I was asking Maddy. You always think the world revolves around you haan?"

Shweta just pouted.

"Woh Bebe.." and then Ali and Neil came.

During Dinner, Shweta started talking. "Woh tillu, Diksha who works with Maddy has daughter Ruhi around your age. And there's also Mithali who is interested Ali. So should I plan a meeting".

Hearing Diksha's name made Neil and Ali fume.

"No Mom! What makes you think I will marry Diksha's daughter haan? After what she has done to my brother? Never! I'll never marry this Ruhi"

"And mom you know how much I hate Mitali. She is so clingy and is a chipku. My mood is off so I'm going to my room" and he then left. He then came back and got food. "Though my mood is off, I still going to eat"

"Wait I'm coming with you" said Neil.

"Are you happy now?!" cried Bebe. "Your sons didn't eat because of you".

"Par Bebe.."

"No bebe it's not Shweta's bhabhi fault. It's Dikshas" confessed Maddy.

"What are you saying Maddy?" asked Prakash

Maddy then told them about what happened today at the office and how Diksha lashed at Ali and Riya and how she called Ali adopted.

Everyone then looked serious.

"I have an idea. Why don't you buy the company whole and make Diksha the employee. That will teach her a lesson" said Prakash

"I agree Sunny" said Bebe.

They all then returned to sleep while Bebe went to see her grandsons. There Neil and Ali were sleeping peacefully with the plates beside them. Bebe smiled and put the blanket on them and kissed their foreheads.

"My puttars. The one who is always hungry but has a good heart and the other who is always saving others but always gives time to who he love. I just god gives them happiness"
