The next day, Avni became busy with Riya and her shopping so Arjun decided to take the kids to the park.
Over there, was Neil who was jogging to get rid of the pain

Neil POv
As much as I jog, the heart still pains. I just want to see her presence and feel her touch. Why does a feeling that felt so pleasurable gives pain as well.

He decides to sit down, thinking of her face and the times they spent together. He closed his eyes and kept remembering her laugh, her face , her fight me or get hurt attitude and most importantly her eyes. The eyes that bored deep into her soul. Those eyes that he could never get tired looking into.

He then felt a tug on his leg. He then looked down and saw a little boy of 1.5 years smiling

Neil smiles and picked up the boy.

Neil: Beta where are your parents?

The boy made an I don't know face.

Neil: Neil you idiot, do you realize who you are talking to? A person who can't talk.

Arjun: Riyaan! Where are you?
He then saw Riyaan with Neil. He then ran there.

Arjun: Riyaan! There you are! Why are you such a little monster running.
He then tickled Riyaan making him smile.
Neil eyes then traveled to a 1.5 year girl, who was about to fall on the ground. He quickly gave the boy to Arjun and ran to save the girl.
Arjun: Nisha!
Neil saves the baby girl and headed to Arjun.
Arjun then grabbed Nisha and gave her a kiss on the forehead.
Arjun: Thanks so much bro!
Neil: No problem. It's hard handling two babies. I commend you and your wife for handling them. What are their names!
Arjun: Riyaan and Nisha!
Neil: Such beautiful names. You are lucky to feel love and have it be beautiful for you.
Arjun: What do you mean?
Neil: I fell in love! I loved her so much! But due to circumstances, I had to make decisions that gutted her. To this day, it pains me when I think of that scenario.
His eyes watered making Arjun sentimental
Arjun: Hey if I can get the love of my life then so can you. By the way I'm Arjun Ahuja
Neil: Neil Khanna. Bro you need to show me the love of your life? Do you have a pic of your wife?
Arjun: No I just moved here from New York so I haven't gotten my phone ready
Neil: At least tell me the name

Arjun then left with the kids, thinking about Neil.

He then headed home where he saw Ali and Riya talking seriously.

Riya: Did you see him?

Ali: Areh baba calm down! Look don't let Neil spoil our wedding. He's still my brother.
Riya: But what about Avni? How will she react?
Arjun: I'm there to take care of Avni. Don't worry guys

Later that evening, he entered Maa' room
Arjun: Neela Maa!
Neela: Yes Arjun Beta.
Arjun: I saw him
Neela immediately understood what he meant, and asked: how is he?
Arjun then told how Neil was reacting and indirectly talking about Avni.
Neela: I knew my bacha still loves her. But I need to know the decision behind this.

He then later brings the kids to Avni who smiled.
Avni: How did my Riyu and Nishu enjoy the park? Did they have fun playing?

After putting the kids to sleep, by singing the lori and kissing their forehead, she and Arjun were talking over coffee.

Arjun: I'm not saying that Neil did a bad thing, but do you ever think about why he did what he did?

Avni immediately became annoyed and slammed her cup
Avni: Arjun please! I don't wanna talk about it anymore ok! Forget the past and let's live in the present.

She then left as she was having a headache but only if he knew that was an excuse.

Arjun looked up at the sky and prayed asking for blessings.

Meanwhile at the Khanna mansion, everyone was avoiding Neil but Maddy.
Neil was at the balcony when Maddy came

Maddy: Beta tell them. They deserve to know
Neil: I can't bua! I can't risk lives
