Avni and Neil went to the court the next day for their case. When she first entered, Avni saw Dev who made her frightened, but having Neil's hand on her shoulder made her feel strong again.

Avni: Your honour, I have proof against Dev and his company that they are doing illegal trades and are in association with AKD industries. You can see here that Mr. Dev's father had ran a brothel, where Mr. Dev was a part of. Dev had chosen to follow in his father footsteps and continue that brothel. He while doing this was in connection with Mr. Ashish Mehta, where he and Mr. Mehta began to human trafficking girls and do all other illegal activities.

She then went into depth of the illegal activities he did, which included robbery of arms, drugs and trafficking.

Avni: your honour, the evidence also shows that when AKD was declaring bankruptcy, Ms Diksha had began to start her own company in joint venture with Maddy Khanna, fooling Ms Khanna that the fabric was from her industries and it was shown kn several occasions, that when the fabric was used, the models became severely injured with rashes, and suffocation, and burning skin. Alongside, Ms Diksha Mehta has also kept her husband , Hansmukh Saxeba captive in USA, stealing all his money, and denying him access to his daughter. She took all of his money and forced him to stay in US to work, promising him he will see his daughter but he never was able to. Diksha forced Hansmukh to pay her 80% of what he earns, or else his daughter would be harmed and he will never get to see her again. Hansmukh could also never see his daughter for 3-4 years because of this.

The judge nodded, and while Avni was giving the evidence, Dev started getting more and more angry

Dev: Oye hello! Where did you get this evidence? Even you got it illegally because you had to secretly follow us.

Avni became shocked. She didn't realize that the evidence Neil got would be through illegal means but as usual, her hubby came to her rescue

Neil: your honour, this is actually a police warrant from the DCP, that allowed me and other policemen to get it

Neil: DCP sir, we need an arrest warrant for to get the activities to track dev.

DCP: don't worry Neil. I will provide that. I have trust in you

Judge: by the evidence and the facts that Mrs. Avni Khanna provided, the accused is found guilty. A sentencing hearing will be scheduled September 29th.

As soon as the judge said this, Avni stayed in the courtroom, crying.

Neil worried, cupping her face: Avu why are you crying?

Avni: areh idiot, these are happy tears. I finally brought justice to my mom and aunt. They can finally rest in peace

Neil smiled and gave her a tight hug to which she reciprocated. Neil caressed her hairs

Neil: I told you Avni, the truth always wins, good will always win over evil.

He then gave her a kiss on her forehead, to which she smiled and still cried In his arms.
