Also this is the design for Strategic, another addition to JCWine 's IC Society XP

I'm not too sure about his design like I was with Neutoric, but this is the basic idea...

Strategic is quite overprotective of Neurotic (which Neurotic likes to call "annoying") due to the fact that Neurotic's parents didn't exactly give him the easiest childhood. A few words to describe his personality would be; sadist-type, borderline yandere, perfectionist and calculative. Basically, if Neurotic's involved, Strategic will know everything about it ;3 

Oh and since he's so overprotective of Neurotic, he doesn't care much about anything else, and likes to blend in; top 20-50 for tests, "okay" at sports etc. 

Strategic's current big plan is to make Neurotic "his" for good ;) I wonder how that'll turn out~

Strategic also hates accessories, but the only reason he'd wear any is because of Neurotic. ;3

Since Neurotic and his parents weren't on the best terms, Strategic suggested that he "eff life" and go do something crazy, like oh get a piercing. 

But since Neurotic was a cry baby back then (i know, hard to believe, right?) Strategic promised to get it with him. Aaaand due to Neurotic's fear of pain (or at least he used to), he couldn't handle getting the second piercing, so Strategic only got one as wel--in the opposite ear--and they shared the pair of earings that they bought ;')

The cord bracelet is also something that Neurotic grabbed in a hurry on the day of one of Strategic's birthdays, but even though he knows that, Strategic wears it anyways

... wow that is a lot of backstory HAHA I wasn't expecting it to implode onto the page but uhm yep

Oh and I know most of the ICs have a dere type, so I guess the closest one for Strategic would be Yandere (i guess) and for Neurotic it would be Tsundere....????? HAHAH I kinda imagine him acting all playboy with dem girls and making them blush, but when Strategic's plan is put into action, he'd go all blushy and "kono kuso yarou baka!" on Strategic HAHAHAHAH
