Ashok smiled back at Shiva and came inside the house with his wife, Meenakshi, who was gripping his palm tightly with a smile on her face.

She looked at him, stunned. Shiva gave her a smile.

Bhanu gulped. Kumar encircled his arm around her shoulder. Ashok's gaze then landed on Ashwathy, who was gripping Shiva's bicep with both her palms and staring at him as her tears had already partially drenched her cheeks, jawlines, and neck.

Ashok took his steps towards her.

Ashwathy gulped and hid behind Shiva.

Ashok:Bomma kutty anna te vara maatiyaa da?

She shook her head, dashed her forehead on Shiva's back, and cried, fisting his shirt with her palms.

Ashok:Anna ve thaedi kandu pudikka solleetu.. ipdi naan vandhu ninna apro nee aludhuttu irundhaa naan enna da pandradhu?

Shiva grabbed her back palm over his shirt and pulled her front, but she hugged him along with her son. He sighed at her clinginess towards him.

Kutty Love also started crying after seeing his mother's tears.

Ashok looked at the little bundle and caressed his hair. He looked at him with his doe eyes and blinked at him. Ashok then scooped him up in his arms.

He blinked at him and touched his cheek.

His cute little lips got wobbled as if he understood his question.

He started to cry and looked at his father, raising his hands towards him with a look like, "come and pacify me appa".

Ashwathy was still standing there, lowering her head.

Kumar, who was there all day to pacify his daughter and wife when they felt sad with Ashok's memories, now broke out into tears as he hugged his son and cried in his arms. Ashok's eyes too shed tears, being in his father's embrace after years of yearning and separation.

Kumar:Enga da pona?

Kumar came out of the hug, and Ashok smiled at him. Kumar cupped his cheeks, and Ashok leaned down to his height to get a forehead kiss from his father.

His voice cracked in the middle.

Ashok:Paa please.. 

Kumar nodded his head and wiped away his tears. Vetri came to pacify him while Ashok moved towards his mother.

Ashok:Maa..

He called her, standing in front of her.

Bhanu stayed silent.

Ashok grabbed her palms.

Ashok:Amma enna paaka maatiyaa?

Bhanu wriggled out of his hold and rushed inside the room.

Ashok:Ammaa..

Bhanu shut the door from inside.

Ashok:Am..

He took his step forward with tears, but his lips curled slowly, feeling a familiar little arms around his waist from behind. 

Ashok touched her arms.

Ashwathy:Ann..annaa..

Her entire body got shaken in between her loud cries. Ashok pulled her to his front and hugged her tightly as the brother-and-sister duo cried in each other's embrace.

Ashwathy:Anna..

Ashok:Bomma..

He pulled back, cupped her cheeks, and kissed her forehead and cheeks.

Ashwathy:Anna..

Ashok:Alaadha bomma, please..

Ashwathy:Neeyum alaadha nah..

Both wiped each other's tears.

Ashwathy:Yenga nah pona? yen ivlo naal enna paaka varla? amma appa paavam evlo feel pannaanga theriyumaa?

Ashok smiled at her with tears and kissed her forehead once again.

She said it like a kid. He chuckled and hugged her tightly. She hugged him back even more tightly and shed a few more tears.

Ashwathy:Enga nah pona?

She mumbled against his chest.

He pinched her cheeks.

He smiled and wiped her tears. She smiled back and wiped his tears.

Ashok then encircled his arm around her shoulder, and they looked at Shiva.

Ashwathy looked at her husband, who was caressing their son, who was in his arms.

She made him face her, placing her fingers under his chin. He smiled , shaking his head.

She wrapped her left arm around his waist, and he encircled his right arm around her shoulder, and they walked towards Bhanu's room.

Shiva, Laxmi, Vetri, Kumar, and Meenu followed them behind with a wide smile.

He tapped her shoulder and knocked on the door.

Bhanu raised her hand to smack her too, but Ashok grabbed her palm before that and hugged her with his other arm. She hugged him back tightly, mumbling a number of sorries to her son.

Ashwathy smiled and leaned on his shoulder.

Mani and Sindhu removed the garlands and other flowers from his photo frame in the hall before Ashok and Meenu could see them.

Bhanu sniffed and mumbled,

She smiled sheepishly and left her hold around his waist. He gripped his mother's and sister's palms and turned back to look at his wife.

He grinned at her.

Ashok: Laa, we're always beautiful..

All the attention turned towards the little one, who was sleeping peacefully in his father's arms.

Kumar smiled, patted his arm, and left behind his wife and son, along with Meenu.

Laxmi and Vetri praised Shiva, kissed his forehead, and went to get themselves refreshed.

Ashwathy:Shiva..

Rubbing his arm with her palm.

Shiva looked at her palm and then at her.

Shivadith:Enna di?

Ashwathy:Adhu..

She looked around them.

Ashwathy:Nalaiku naming ceremony vachukalaamaa?

He raised his eyebrows at her.

Shivadith:Un paarvai eh seri illaye.. Nee ulla vaa..

He dragged her into her room.

She stood on her toes, cupped his cheeks, and kissed his cheeks, nose, eyes but before she could continue, he stopped her saying,

He removed her palms from his cheeks, went to place their son on the crib, and moved back to her.

Shivadith:Mm start..

He gave her a teasing smile, standing before her with his palms on either side of his waist. 

She chuckled with a blush and threw herself on him, hooking her arms around his neck. He smiled, hugged her back around her waist, and pulled her off the ground. Both nuzzled into each other's neck pools while Ashwathy mumbled a number of thank-yous against his skin.

Shiva bit her neck.

Shivadith: Ithana thank you kedaikumnaa naan un annana koopte vandhirukka maate podi..

Ashwathy:Seri seri seri sorry.. mela thooku..

Shiva lifted her more, like her face above his head.

She leaned down and kissed his whole face, cupping his cheeks.

For each kiss, she uttered, I love you, and pressed her lips on his strongly before pulling back and dashing their foreheads together.

Ashwathy: I love you so much. I love you... yen da nee ipdi irukka? naan romba blessed..

He shook his head and gripped her tightly.

Shivadith:Naan dha blessed.. unnaala dha, nee enkitta un anna venum nu ketta naala dha enga department ke oru sincere aana ACP thirumba kedachirukkaaru..

She grinned. He snickered.

She pressed her lips on his strongly.

He chuckled and kissed her cheek.

Shivadith: Bommayaa nee? 

Ashwathy:Aama naan en annanoda bomma..

She smiled sheepishly at him.

He left her on her feet and stretched his limbs.

She glared at him.

He pinched her cheek teasingly, but she swat his hand away and tried to move towards their son. But he twirled her back to his chest and kissed her lips. She smiled and kissed him back with more happiness than usual.

After half an hour, 

The little one was made to sit on Ashok's lap.

Guru, Prakash, Rudy, and Anbu sat around him.

Ashwathy and Shiva sat beside them.

The priest made them do some poojas and told Ashwathy and Shiva to write their son's name on the rice that was placed on the plate.

Both together wrote the name on the rice.

Ashok looked at them and smiled.

Others, too, smiled at their choice of name.

Then, after some more poojas, the priest said to tell the baby's name in his ears three times.

Ashok leaned down and whispered,

"Shivash"

"Shivash"

"Shivash"

For the three times. Everyone clapped their hands, cheering.

Shivash smiled at his mama and waved his hands in the air. Ashok kissed his forehead.

And then Prakash, Guru, Rudy, and Anbu whispered the name in his ears.

At the end, he came back to his parents lap.

Shiva and Ashwathy both leaned down together and named their child.

Others clapped again, cheering. And they kept Shivash in the wooden cradle.

One by one, all their relatives, wellwishers, and friends fed Shivash, a honey and gifted various gifts, whispering his names and cooing with him.

Yasmika stood beside his cradle and played with him, caressing his hair, pinching his cheeks, and kissing his forehead and cheeks, wholesome to her cooingness for her little brother.

After the naming ceremony gets over,

Ashok and the entire family waited for Ashwathy and Shiva to come out of their room after feeding Shivash and putting him to sleep.

They came out then, and Ashwathy sat beside her brother, leaning on him.

He, too, kept her in his embrace and kissed her head.

Shiva smiled at them and sat beside Guru, taking Yasmi to his lap, who was running here and there with the other kids of their relatives.

Yasmi:Mama boochaandi velaadro vidu..

Shivadith:Iru ma, mama kooda.. mama venaamaa unakku?

Yasmi:Mama venum..

She encircled his neck and hid in his chest.

He kissed her temple and kept her in his embrace.

Mani:Seri sollunga adhaa ellaam vandhaachu le?

She asked Ashok.

Ashok:Enna nga soldradhu? 

Ashwathy:Anna.. sollu enga pona?

He smiled and said,

Ashok:Sahara..

All gasped together.

Ashok chuckled and pinched her cheek.

She whined. Meenu widened her eyes.

Meenu:Ennadhu kadhai, aah? 

Ashok:Adhu apdidha seriyaana vaaiyaadi..

He pulled his sister's nose and kissed her temple.

Ashwathy hugged him tight.

Shiva hugged Yasmi and looked at his wife yearningly, rocking Yasmi in his arms, from left to right.

Ashwathy rolled her eyes towards his direction and winked her left eye at him.

He blushed with a grin and kissed Yasmi's cheek strongly.

Ashwathy, too, blushed and snuggled into her brother's chest.
