The man in his black loose vest and gray shorts whined at his mother sitting on the dining chair.

"Apdi paathaadhu yaaraadhu unna kattikanu nu vandhu nippaalungalaa nu dha paakuren..onnume nadakka maatengudhu.."

Another man mumbled under his breath but received an pout from his son in return.

"Appa..enna pa neenga?"

She asked her husband by raising the dosa ladle infront of his face.He jerked back gulping at his wife's angry face.

Laxmi pouted and hunged her head low sighing.

Laxmi:Adhu..adhellaa irundhuchu dha..aana ipdi ponnu kedaikaama pogum nu naan enna kanavaa kanden..?

He twisted his lips and started moving from there.

Laxmi:Deii kovil ku poitu vaa da..

He mumbled under his breath and left inside his room.

She said huffing and left inside the kitchen to take the "karugipona dosa" from the pan leaving Vetri behind her in complete shock.

Vetri got startled when his son shouted in his ears and ran inside his room taking his mobile from the table.On the next second, "the sombu" was flying towards Vetri but he dodged down and released his huge breath in relief.

Vetri:Sutha kolagaara kudumbamaa le irukku..escape aagavu mudiyaadhe kadavule..

Laxmi:Vetri inga vaangalen..

Vetri:Thangam enakku...(clearing his throat).. naan jogging poren da..nee free aah iru bye..

He yelled back an ran out from there like "Odeeraa kai pulla.."

After half an hour..,

Laxmi bited her nails staring the floor waiting for her son but huffed seeing the clock..,

She pouted cursing her husband.

"Podhum ma polambunadhu.."

Laxmi lifted her face towards him and smiled with tears seeing him in the groom attire(silk veshti shirt).She stood up and grabbed his arms seeing him from top to toe smiling.

Laxmi:Kanna..

"Amma ippo yedhukku alara?"

Laxmi:Poda unakku adhellaa sonnaa puriyaadhu..

"Seri seri enakku puriyave venaa..aana nee alugaada please ma.."

Saying he wiped her tears with his thumbs.She moved back and wiped off her tears and left inside the pooja room and came back with viboodhi and stroked it on his forehead.

Laxmi:Nalla vendikko kanna..sashti naal inniku..nee enna vendi kettaalu andha murugar nadathi vappaaru enna?

She said smiling by cupping his left cheek.He nodded his head smiling back at her.

"Seri ma.."

Laxmi:Paathu poiti vaa da..mm?Jaakardhayaa vandi ottanu..apro Shiva.. naan onnu solla marandhutten..

"Enna ma?"

He asked frowning by seeing his mother's face turning serious.

Laxmi:Adhu nee mazhaila yera car le poga koodaadhu..

"Apro enna parandhu poradhaa?"

He asked siging.

Laxmi:Aii chi adhilla da..nee padila dha yeri ponu...

He gasped in shock.

"Maa enna velaadriyaa?.. naan kovil ku poitu station ku ponu marandhuttiyaa nee?"

Laxmi:Aah nee station le senjadhulaa podhum..ippo nee modha kovil ku poitu vaa po..

"Mch..naane inniku dha suspend aana kapro station ku poren..inniku late aah..seri...adhennaa padi laye dha ponumaa?"

He asked with little whine.

Laxmi:Aama da adhu namma joshiyar sonna parigaaram..

"Idhu verayaa?seri ma poittu varen..nee paathu batharamaa iru..enga un purushana kaano?"

Laxmi:Avaru engayo poitu poraaru..nee paathu poitu vaa da..mm?

"Seri ma..bye.."

Laxmi:Bye da..

He moved out as she followed him behind and he drove off from there towarsd Marudhamalai temple.

Laxmi:Muruga ingayaadhu avanukku oru nalla ponna kaami pa..

She clasped her palms praying the god to give his son a lovable partner.

Here he reached the temple and got down from his police jeap parking it at the foot of the Marudhamalai temple.People aorund him saw him weirdly and started giggling among themselves.He sighed and moved towards the shop.

"Akka rendu thaenga kudunga.."

While she was busy in searching for the good coconut form the sack, his eyes landed on the girl beside him who was biting her lips and looking at him blushingly by scratching her big toe on the sand.He gulped hard and averted his gaze immediately.

"Ak..Akka konjo seekro kudunga.."

"Indha pa.."

"Evlo ka aachu?"

He asked taking his wallet from his shirt pocket.

"25 roobaa pa.."

He gave her the money and looked at her with puppy face.

"Akka naan en shoes mattu inga kalti vitturen paathukuringlaa?"

The woman saw him weirdly at first wondering that "Is he wore a shoes for dhoti?" Before nodding her head saying..,

"Seri pa..inga potru.."

"Thanks ka.."

He removed his shoes behind her shop and rushed from there releasing his huge sigh in relief.

"Sopaa indha vettiya vera katteetu..ipdi mazha yera vitaangale da "Shivadith" unna..ellaam un neram.."

He climbed the steps repeating the arogara slogam as per his mother's order and reached the temple and prayed to the god.

After giving the quick round to the temple he came down by using the steps by cursing his mother in his brain as all the people including girls giggled at him speaking something among themselves.

Shiva:Ivalunga vera ennamo maari paakuraalungale..

He pulled his shirt collars close to him seeing some girls drooling over him and climbed down the steps down like "Literally running away from the prey hunters".

Murugar be like:Ippadi irundhaal unakku naan yengerndhu da ponnu koduppadhu..idhil en thandhaiyin peyarai ver vaithullaan.. eeshwaraaa..thaangalaavadhu ivanukku nalla buthiyai kodungal..

Soon Shiva's steps got slowed down and he squinted his eyes seeing the girl getting some man's collars in her fists and shooking him saying something.He moved towards them slowly and peeked his ears into their conversation.

"Yaraa nee aahn...arivilla unaku..konjamaadhu vekko maano soodu sorana edhaadhuuu..edhaadhu irukkaa da unakku aahn?"

Shiva's lips curved slightly hearing her meow voice yet an rowdy slang.

"Eyy venaa vitru.."

The man before him said like threatening her which made Shiva to look at the scene in his police point of view(police moola).

"Paaru da dhora sonnadhum naanga vitranumaa aahn?Vida mudiyaadhu da enna da pannuva?"

"Nee ipdi sonna kekkaa maate.. iru unna.."

Shiva's eyes turned red seeing the man raising his hand towards the girl's waist and ran towards them to punch that man across his face but stopped all of a sudden because of the sudden push on his back and got crushed on the girl's shoulder.On the next minute they both rolled on the steps one above another while others looked at them gasped but few didn't even cared about it.

With the last roll on each other they reached the floor and panted hard with slight hisses which escaped from their mouth.She tried to look at him but her hairs fell on his face blocking her view before she could collect her hairs to her side he took that away as she gulped seeing his brown orbs and parted her lips.His eyes too met hers before moving down to her parted lips.She gasped coming back to her reality and placed her side knuckles on his chest to stand up but gasped again feeling something warm on her bare waist and opened her mouth wide before shouting..,

"Yovv.."

Shiva jerked out from his world and looked at her with widened eyes.

"Hello enna..mariyaadha kuduthu pesunga.."

"Unakkulaa ennayaa mariyaadha..(flipping her hairs to her side)..kaiya engayaa vachirukka..eduyaa kaiya.."

"Kaiyaa.."

He frowned but soon gasped and took off his hands from her waists she gritted her teeth and stood up from him after lot of struggle.Her friend ran towards them and caught her before she could go for an another fight with the another man.

"Ashwiii please..vaa polaam.."

"Polaamaa..aahn?Ivana ipdiye vittutu polaangiriyaa?Police ku phone podu..ivana ulla thallaama indha Ashwathy indha edatha vittu nagara maataa.."

Shiva too got up and corrected his veshti and sighed at her.

Shiva:Yenga..idhu naan onnu venum nu pannala..

Ash:Ohh nee venum nu vera pannuviyaa?Sathya nee police eh kooopdu naanaa ivanaa nu paathurlaa..koopdu di..nooradi nooradi nooradi..

She said angrily waving her hands.Shiva suppressed his chuckle and scratched his eyebrows.

Shiva:Seri sorry nga..podhumaa?

Ash:Sorry aah aahn?Paathiyaa Sathya sorry aahm..illa theriyaama dha kekuren..ipdi ethana ponnunga mela viludhuruka aahn?

Shiva raised his eyebrows at her intimidately.But she glared him back without any fear.

Shiva:Hello konjo paathu pesunga..

Ash:Enna da paathu pesanu?Aahn enna paathu pesanu..?

Shiva:Unga kitta solli ennaala puriya vakka mudiyaadhu.. anyways.. sorry..naan venum nu onnum pannala..and..naan onnu daily ellaaru melayu poi vilundhuttu illa..neenga dha naan modhuna modha ponnu..sorry.. okay aah?Bye..school ku batharamaa poi serunga..

Saying he walked away from there suppressing his smile.Ashwathy fumed in anger.

Ash:Yovvv nilluyaa..yaaruyaa school ku ponu..yovv..

Sathya caught her wrist stopping her.

Sathya:Kammunu iru Ashwii..please..

Ash:Sathya avana paathiyaa..epdi nakkalaa solleetu poraan paaru..naan paaka school ku pora ponnu maari irukkanaa?

She asked her breathing hard.

But Sathya dragged her from there and the crowd too got dispersed.

Here Shivadith reached his house and moved inside slightly limping.

He went inside his room silently and changed into his police uniform before stepping down towards the kitchen by tucking the hem of his shirt inside his pant.

Shiva:Amma..

Lax:Deii yeppo da vandha?Adhukkulla uniform laa maatheetu nikkura?

She asked packing his lunch.

Shiva:Ippodha ma vandhen..appa enga?

Lax:Avaru ATM le panam edukka ponaaru thambi..seri nee nallaa saami kumtiyaa..?

Shiva:Ohhh..subhikshamaa kumbuttane..ellaam nalla padiyaa mudinjadhu..!!

He said sarcastically and took his lunch box before pecking her cheek.

Shiva:Poitu varen Latchuu ma..

Lax:Aahn..

She said confused at his behaviour.Shiva rushed out from there taking his coolers from the dressing table.

Lax:Aiyo ennaachu en pullaiku..yeva sooniyam vachaanu therilaye..ava kaalu velangaama poga..

She crushed her knuckles pouting.

Sathya giggled at her rantings and soon the auto arrived and they headed towards the hospital.

Ash:Ahhhhh..

Nurse:Maa indha chinna adikku yen ma ipdi hospital eh adhura alavukku kathura?

Ash:Yedhu idhu chinna adiyaa..enakku epdi valikudhu theriyumaa?aahn?Ungalukku vandhaa theriyum shhh...Sathya valikudhu dii..

Nurse sighed at her and dressed the wound on her knee inbetween her screams and cries.

Nurse got up once she was done and said..,

Nurse:Avlodha ma..un friend eh kooptu po..innoru dhadava ivlo periya adikku laa inga kooptu varaadhinga..neengale dettol cotton vachu seri pannikonga..

Sathya saw her friend like "Unnalaa vachuttu enna dha pandradhu?" Ashwathy sniffed at her pouting by rubbing her nose with her back palm.

Sathya:Sorry sister..and thank you so much..vaa Ashwathy polaam..

Ash:En kaalu?

Sathya sighed at her.

Sathya:Kaalu dhane?aaahn kaalu dhane di?Ennamo thalaye pona maari kathura..endhiruchu vaa illanaa ingaye kada..

Saying with the complete frustration she started to move from there. Ashwathy widened her eyes and limped behind her yelling her name..,

Ash:Sathya nillu Sathya..

Sathya stopped closing her eyes sighing and turned back before moving towards her, wrapping her arms around her shoulder.

Sathya:Vaa..

Ash:Unakku enmela paasam irukku le Sathya?

Sathya:Pesaama vaa di..

Ashwathy pouted and they headed towards their college through an auto.

Will see our strict Police officer Mr.Shivadhith in the next chapter.

Interesting fact.., didn't even thought of any characters other than these five in this story till now.So, don't know how it'll come out as an whole story..but will try to move the story interestingly by not dragging it like Hey Ponjadhi.
I know few of them were very upset and felt lag in that story, sorry for that..neenga sollalanaalu therinjadhu enakku..So adhula ungala apdi feel panna vachadhukku compensation aah dha indha story start pannen..illanaa panneerkave maaten..
